Great place. The house is older and it’s been enjoyed for 20 years by outdoorsmen. Everything you could ever need to clean cook and eat the local fauna is there and it’s in a great spot.

This place is amazing! Fantastic view and super clean inside and out! Owner is very proactive, simple, and responsive. We will be back every year at least. This is top 5 if not the best place to stay in Venice. Thank you again!

This lodge was exactly as described and just like the pictures posted! We felt right at home. My boys loved the lodge- loved the pool table- loved the open field to play! We also loved relaxing on the large open back porch & watching the cows/ sunset! This was the best lodge for getting away & being able to relax, all while feeling safe and secure. The host, Christina, was absolutely wonderful. She was always very responsive, helpful, and extremely friendly!! She was by far the best host we’ve had through Air BNB! We can’t wait to come back and stay at Lemonfish Lodge again soon! Thank you for everything :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

Amy’s place was a great and unique stay for anyone looking to stay in a house boat! We were in the area for a fishing trip, and this was the perfect location. The charters picked us up right from the back of the house. Then we were able to fish off the dock, and caught a 40 lb drum!! Very clean house and comfy beds. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to come to Venice for a fishing trip!

The owners were very helpful and responded immediately to any questions that I asked. The place was very clean and had everything that a normal home has plus more. Grocery store and restaurants were close. All in all was an amazing experience and I will be stay here in the future.
