Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Carmine und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten haben wir uns sehr gut verständigen können. Das Grundstück wird von beiden super gepflegt, jede Ecke ist sauber. Es gibt kein Unkraut. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind auch sehr schön angelegt, sehr viel Platz. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank. Anja und Familie

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Notre séjour dans cette très belle maison de famille a été particulièrement très agréable . La situation de cette location offre une très belle vue sur la baie de Formia/Gaeta. Le beau et grand jardin aux couleurs méditerranéennes , la piscine, le calme de cet endroit permettent de bien se détendre. La gastronomie de la cuisine italienne est à l’honneur dans les villes proches et les visites de Naples, Pompéi… complètent ces vacances italiennes. Sans oublier l’accueil très chaleureux de Loredana toujours prête à rendre service.

Soggiorno fantastico! Host attento alle nostre esigenze e sempre disponibile. Alloggio bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e vicinissimo agli impianti. Consigliato per un weekend con amici.

4 notti di totale relax , le mattine gli uccellini e lo scorrere del fiume ci facevano compagnia durante la colazione. Il silenzio del paese di sera è una coccola per chi scappa dalla vita movimentata di città. Visitare alcune gemme del Molise è stata un'esperienza bellissima e l'alloggio di Roberta ne è parte.

Io e i miei amici siamo stati ospiti di Roberto per due notti, soggiorno piacevole che ha rispecchiato le aspettative. La zona è molto tranquilla e la casa ampia nelle camere e negli spazi comunie ordinata e provvista di comodi bagni privati. Ci sarebbe piaciuta più chiarezza in merito al contributo extra per la cucina ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato ottimo, come dal tronde la disponibilità di Roberto.

La casa di Stefano è incastonata nei meravigliosi vicoli di magico borgo antico di Pettorano. La casa ha un affaccio su una bellissima vista di montagna del monte Genzano, accompagnato dal suono del fluire del fiume Gizio, nel vero centro della riserva naturale. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno fantastico. I consigli di Stefano su cosa mangiare (ristoranti del centro storico da raggiungere a piedi) e di cosa vedere, sono stati utili. Altamente consigliato

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento! La posizione era perfetta. Claudio è stato super disponibil. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben arredato, con tutte le comodità di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa! Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare la zona. Torneremo presto!!!

Alloggio pulitissimo. Colazione con ciambella e varie sfiziosità (crostatine, biscotti e cornettini). Cucina con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Camere da letto belle e pulite. Bagni impeccabili con asciugamani, shampoo, bagno schiuma, phon etc... Complimenti!!!

Das Haus und Garten sind ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was es für Ferien am Strand bedarf. Direkt am Meer gelegen mit schönem und sauberem Strand. Die Kinder haben auch die Hängematte und die Liegen beim Haus genutzt. Gemütliches Essen auf der Veranda und die Grillstelle waren weitere Highlights. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen!

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

Wir können uns den hervorragenden Bewertungen der anderen Gäste nur anschließen. Die Wohnung von Giuseppe ist wunderbar eingerichtet und wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Die Sicht auf das Meer ist unschlagbar und der Balkon nach hinten in den Olivenhainen wunderbar friedlich und entspannend. In fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Küste, wo es einen hervorragend ausgebauten Fuß und Radweg gibt und man sich im Umkreis von 15 Minuten ganz unterschiedliche und sehr schöne Strände aussuchen kann. In die Altstadt von Vasto braucht man ebenfalls zu Fuß ungefähr 15 Minuten, weil es doch recht steil den Berg hinauf geht. Wir haben das aber jeden Abend problemlos sogar mit Kinderwagen geschafft. Unser Aufenthalt war rundherum großartig und mehr gibt es letztlich nicht zu sagen. Danke Giuseppe!

un petit logement idéal pour découvrir le Matese et ses paysages. L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle typique. Il faut laisser la voiture dans la rue principale, mais ce n'est pas trop loin. la vue est magnifique depuis les fenêtres. C'est parfait pour partir vers le lac de matese
