Great stay! The location is super convenient—Tesco Express is just around the corner, a local shop is two minutes away, and there’s a lovely park nearby that’s perfect if you have pets.Anzelika is incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly. She even offered us an extra hour to check out, and later extended it by another hour, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The home itself is very cozy, spacious, and well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. We even managed to park our SUV inside the property, which was a big plus. The overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The kids loved the horses next door, the lake was gorgeous and perfect to drink coffee by and it was so quiet and peaceful! Perfect getaway and Neil was amazing and responsive and even told us where some cool hidden places were! Would definitely recommend!!

This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

Drovers lodge was superb. Close to lovely cafés and restaurants and beautiful countryside. The cottage itself was fantastic, spotlessly clean with lots of individual touches that added to our stay such as toiletries and a welcome basket. Linda was a great host, really responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Well appointed two bedroom,two bathroom apt. Large living room with huge new tv. Kitchen had everything needed. She had coffee and tea for her guests. Bus outside her place directly into center city evert 12-15 minutes. My adult children frequently walked. Samantha was very responsive on messages.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Mary's lodge in Wemyss Bay Caravan Park over the Christmas period. The hosts were welcoming and took the time to explain all aspects of the lodge and its facilities upon our arrival, which was much appreciated. The lodge was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and a great table for our Christmas Dinner which made it feel like a true home away from home. It was warm and exactly as described on Airbnb. The location was perfect for a peaceful family getaway, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a cosy and well-appointed retreat!

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

We had a lovely, lovely stay in this caravan. Really good host with clear instructions on how to access the property, clean and small essentials were given. Amazing sunset views and a gorgeous look over the water. Good little sun trap on the decking too!

Patrica’s place was very homely and cosy . Very easy to find and close to the town centre . Peaceful location with beautiful views . Even my dog felt at home and very chilled . Great place to recharge and relax . Homemade hot cross buns and freshly baked bread was a great touch . So yummy if ever we back in Scotland we will definitely be back .

Me, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The house itself was beautiful, welcoming and we felt right at home. We were all together but still had plenty of space for the kids to chill on their own. The hot tub was amazing, we used it loads the whole weekend and the added bonus of having horses in the field right outside was a hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!!

We had such a great stay at Fairways Lodge. The house was super clean, really spacious, and worked perfectly for our big family group. The backyard was amazing with plenty of space for the kids to run around, and there were loads of toys and swings that kept them entertained. The kitchen and dining area were lovely and well equipped, and we really appreciated the welcome gift of wine and shortbread, such a thoughtful touch! Sharon was a fantastic host and made everything really easy with her clear and friendly communication. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St Andrews. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Me and my 7 friends stayed at David’s place and it was spectacular! The spacious bedrooms, the gorgeous living room area, the closed terrace and the garden are to die for. The house was in pristine condition and the pantry was stocked with essentials. David was very fast to respond and even allowed a later checkout. The house is perfectly situated in a quiet neighbourhood and has many shops like M&S, Sainsbury’s, Starbucks and other food places near by. It is a 15 minute drive from the city and 20 minute drive from the airport. An amazing stay, could not recommend it moreZ

Wonderful stay with Jackie at Doodles Den. It is cosy as described(!) but full of charm and Jackie and Carol were SO welcoming and helpful, with lovely local strawberries and a great recommendation for Kellies Castle for an egg hunt and playpark for our young daughter. Would happily recommend!

Great stay in great location! Jack is a great host and his place is perfect for anybody visiting Aviemore. Shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property.

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I requested some robes for us arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted it all for us. It was so peaceful and all secure for our dog and little boy to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus as well! Thank you so much!

My partner and I had a lovely time staying in the wee oak tree pod. It was very relaxing weekend and we look forward to our next trip.
