Great location, very quiet only some animals in the distance. Extremely good communication with the hosts, very professional and we always received replies super fast, even in the evening and on weekends! The place is a bit high up on a "mountain" so it was a bit colder than down at the cost when we where there in March/April, just be aware of that. Heating up the jacuzzi is totally worth it and overall great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here :-) The place was perfect for us - lovely, large pool area with plenty of shade when needed. And a great, spacious living area inside too. What we really liked as well was the very short walk (less than 5 mins) to the Pissouri Bay beach and restaurants (and small shop which had most of the essentials). George/Julie were very responsive during the booking process and answered any questions we had. All in all, we loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Everything was like in the description and pictures. Christina was a great host who not only provided seamless communication but also additional surprises like welcoming food, tips for local food and entertainment and more. We highly recommend Ithaki House and especially Christina!

Wonderful stay in David’s beautiful home! Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out. Each bedroom had its own bathroom! Great for couples traveling together! I did not feel like I was invading someone’s home! This was a wonderful vacation villa. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to use!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! I stayed for a month while working remotely, and it was perfect. The location is excellent, just walk to the beautiful Harbor and SODAP Beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a parking space available was a big bonus, especially for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mix of work and leisure!

Wat een fantastisch huis! Hier kom je echt voor je rust. Maar pafos is niet heel ver weg. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf t terras en zwembad. Heerlijk kunnen ontspannen en mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Voor deze locatie moet je wel echt een autootje huren. Winkels vind je in Pafos. We vonden het jammer dat we alweer weg moesten. Zeker een aanrader en onze mooiste overnachtingsplek. Aardige eigenaar die snel overal op reageerde.

The villa is in a beautiful location, with views of the mountains, sea and hilltop village. It’s incredibly clean - spotless throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in the house and on the bbq. The pool is lovely, even in March/April we managed daily swims! The beds are really comfortable too. Our stay was incredibly peaceful and we loved being able to walk into the harbour. Our hosts were proactive, responsive and left us lots of useful information and recommendations. A lovely place for a holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe mit 9 Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der Chez Max Villa, die unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertraf. Unschlagbarer Blick aufs Meer, sauber und ordentlich mit einem geräumigen Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich im Erdgeschoss. Die 5 Schlafzimmer (3x 2 Einzelbetten, 2x Doppelbetten) verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Badezimmer! 3 Schlafzimmer im 1. OG, jeweils eins im EG und UG. Es gibt einen großen Außenbereich mit überdachtem Essbereich mit Grill, einer Lounge und großer Terrasse am Pool. Dieser ist nicht beheizt, daher war das Wasser im April noch etwas kühl, aber man konnte sich trotzdem gut erfrischen. Pegeia ist ein netter Ort mit Supermärkten und Tavernen (ca. 30 min zu Fuß). Perfekte Umgebung für Unternehmungen: Paphos, Polis, Akamas National Park, Avakas Schlucht sowie zwei der Schiffswracks <30 min mit dem Auto. Sehr hilfsbereites und kommunikatives Management-Team vor Ort, die all unsere Fragen schnell beantworteten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay as a big family at this place. We have travelled to this region a lot as a family but never stayed in this villa or area. We really enjoyed the different area, very quiet and peaceful and the villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space with the sofas was a great place to relax and socialise as a family. Many villas don't have this but we find it really important to have a good space outside to relax in. Highly recommend this villa

We had a wonderful stay in Pissouri. The house was in a perfect location, up on a hill with a stunning view. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and really spacious. The patio area with the pool was so lovely - the pool was clean and the loungers provided gave a real holiday vibe. There is also a very large (and very good!) BBQ which we really enjoyed using. The local village had lots of different eateries and a really friendly and relaxed vibe, there was also a lovely restaurant up on the hill a short walk from the house which also had a fantastic view and amazing food. There were so many different places you could visit within a very short drive, going down to the coast was only about 10 minutes in the car. It was also very accessible for Paphos and Mt Olympus. Rose is a fantastic host and was always available for any questions I might have had. Overall it was a really great experience and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Sylvia und ihr Mann sind herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung super wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden, wir konnten jeden Tag kochen und haben jede Nacht phantastisch geschlafen. Der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool ist wirklich super schön, wir hätten mit Leichtigkeit auch jeden Tag dort verbringen können. Sylvia ist sehr kommunikativ und hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer wieder erkundigt, ob wir etwas brauchen und uns allerlei Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Die beiden Hunde Ella und Troufa haben uns jeden morgen beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse Gesellschaft geleistet und sind super lieb. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die einen wunderschönen Rückzugsort bei super freundlichen und herzlichen Gastgebern suchen und von dort aus das Land erkunden wollen.

We spent an amazing and relaxing month at this lovely townhouse in Peyia. It is super clean and extremely well equipped for long (and short) stays, with lots of extra towels, linens, and tons of kitchen equipment. The views from the back decks are amazing - we watched a fabulous sunset every night of our stay. The furniture is comfortable throughout, and would be well suited to both small groups and larger family stays. Both Terry and local property manager Aimee were great to work with, helpful, and responsive. We had an outstanding stay and would love to stay again! 10/10!

С первых минут бронирования и до момента выезда, надежный, прекрасный вариант одно из лучших предложений в Лимассоле, однозначно стоит своих денег, все предусмотрено и забота о гостях максимальная, чисто, новая мебель и ремонт, прекрасное расположение в 2 минутах от пляжей и прекрасной прогулочной зоной вдоль моря среди деревьев и множество кафе, парки и детские площадки и спортплощадки, Рейчел действительно очень отзывчива! Мы уже оплатили еще два периода пребывания! Очень рекомендуем!

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

super unterkunft nur wenige gehminuten zum strand und zum hafen mit tollen restaurants. auch das zentrum von polis ist sehr liebenswert. auch der schöne garten samt pool und schöner aussicht waren einfach super, ich wieder mal zu kommen.
