Το σπίτι έχει απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο αλλά και στο γνωστό δάσος των κέδρων του Αλυκού με τους αμμόλοφους. Η περιοχή ενδείκνυται για θαλάσσια σπορ, πεζοπορία, ποδήλατο και ξεκούραση.
