Great old house, especially for families. It feels lived in by a family (and is decorated as such). That's great esp if you're traveling with your family; there's lots of useful things around the house and entertainments. Neighborhood is great as is the backyard!

Beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was spotless and had lovely amenities. They have written a book with instructions for the house and things to do around the area that was very helpful! We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit during our stay! The only thing to be aware of would be to understand that two of the bedrooms are not connected to the main house. There is a covered breezeway to get back and forth though and they have a beautiful sitting room with a desk. It was fine for us though! We really had a great time!!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

Nancy was a wonderful host, we did an instant booking last minute and she went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for us when we were planning to arrive. The house was lovely and our group felt right at home during our work trip. 10/10 would recommend!

Jana and Peter's place is lovely, at least as nice as the photos. It's beautifully designed, right on the water and literally has nothing unattractive in the house. I would Happily stay here again.

This was by far the nicest AirB&B I have ever stayed at. Gorgeous views from every window, private, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The pictures and description of the spa can't do it justice, although they try! I was worried about spiders or bugs in the cave spa, but there were NONE. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and I would have stayed in bed all day if the spa wasn't calling me. The house was squeaky clean and we wanted for nothing. Josie was incredibly responsive although we needed very little. She responded within minutes and was proactive about offering to manage the spa to our liking from her end which added to the luxury! Thank you so much, Josie, for sharing your amazing home with us - best mini vaca ever!

Mike and Jefferson have created such a lovely sanctuary with this home. The beautifully landscaped garden area, outdoor living space, and fantastic amenities all made it feel like our very own private retreat. The property is quite expansive, with multiple areas for gathering, as well as several private spots for quietude. Whether swimming in the fantastic pool, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling dinner in the outdoor kitchen/dining area, or just gathering around the fire table, we looked forward to just being outside at home most of the time and didn't want to leave! Inside, however, was really just as cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen, including an espresso machine that made excellent cappuccinos that I looked forward to each day. This home is perfect for families -- our kids loved not just the pool but also all the other "toys" like the tire swing, table tennis, and basketball hoop. Would love to return and will recommend this property to others without any hesitation!

This is a great listing with a private bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. For San Francisco, the rent is quite reasonable. The place is clean and well-organized, with a washer, dryer, and everything you need for daily life. There’s also indoor parking. We stayed for four nights and often brought food back for dinner—having a fridge and microwave was super convenient. The neighborhood is generally quiet, though the ceiling isn’t soundproof and you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Earplugs helped. Kirk was very responsive and warm, making the stay even more enjoyable.

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

The property overall was nice. The studio is part of a larger resort timeshare so the grounds are nice and well maintained. The studio is efficient, not a large unit, but has a bed, couch, table for two and a washer/dryer. It is a great spot for two people. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

Kalvin was a fantastic host. I felt like there was gonna be no problems or issues, and sure enough there wasn't. We loved our one bedroom place and the value was amazing!

This place was absolutely great! I felt so comfortable here, everything was clean, everything we needed in our private little space. I would absolutely have to stay here again when in Napa! I would recommend this little spot to anyone looking for a private space when in Napa.

Selamawit’s places is the perfect spot to stay if you ever have business in Oakland – I was there for a local film festival at the Grand Lake Theater. Matching the tranquil location that was within walking distance to all of the excitement of grand Avenue was the impeccable and spacious home as well as Selamawit’s consummate hosting. She was always available, flexible, and attentive to my needs. It was a pleasure to stay in her space I hope to stay there the next time I find myself in the Bay Area.
