Each room comes with an inverter A/C (cooling & heating) and a window for great ventilation throughout the house. Master Bedroom: Includes a private bathroom and balcony. It has a standard double bed, but the space is relatively small. Second Bedroom: The largest room, with two single beds combined. No bathroom. Single Room: The smallest room, with one single bed. Suitable for a child or a family member who prefers sleeping alone. We open rooms based on the number of guests and their needs — not all three rooms will be opened by default. For example, with two guests, you can choose either the master or second bedroom. The other rooms will remain locked. If two guests request two rooms, an additional bed fee will apply. 💌 The fastest way is to message me! This is a newly listed property and includes a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and basic digital TV channels (no full cable TV). If you have your own TV box, feel free to bring it and connect via HDMI. 🐾 Pets are welcome, but we only accept clean and responsible owners. Please let us know your pet's breed, number, and age before booking, and select the “bringing a pet” option on the booking page. ⚠️ Pet fees are not the same as cleaning fees. If we find the unit difficult to clean after checkout, an extra professional cleaning fee will be charged. ⚡ The apartment has a separate electricity meter, charged at NT$5 per kWh. Special note on gas usage: There are two gas tanks on the rear balcony. In Taiwan, gas tanks must be replaced by calling the delivery number printed on the tank. During your stay, we’ll cover the cost of the first tank. If a second tank is needed within your stay, you’ll need to cover that cost.
