We loved our stay and enjoyed the location. Feedback notes: If you have kids just keep in mind that the beach access is 1.5 miles away so there is no walkable beach access ( with little kids) Propane for the fire pit and grill was empty but we took care of it since grocery store was about 5 miles down the road. Tried to work out a later check out ( 11 instead of before 10) since we were three families with kids and had to care for the check out list but it wasn’t guaranteed.

The home was cozy just right for a weekend getaway. My boyfriend specifically loved the outdoors fire pit!! It was relatively close to town and private! Just what we needed.

Alexander's place was exactly what we needed for our stay. We were grateful to find a place on short notice around the holidays that was willing to accommodate our dogs. The private yard was perfect for them to run and get some energy out, while the house was comfortable and gave us space to rest. Alexander was very friendly and proactive in his messages about the home and the area. We hope to book again and take advantage of the cozy fire pit set up next time!

We are very glad to have stayed at Donna and Barry's place while visiting Swansboro. Their cottage was very clean and has a great layout and design. It is cute and cozy, equipped for cooking, furnished for comfort, and in an expansive setting for relaxing. The front porch and big open lawn surrounded by tall pine trees was a pleasure to breath in every morning. Our hosts are friendly and generous, and Andy the dog is a joy. We had a fun time exploring the area and fishing the water channels, including Bogue Banks and the Neuse River, and even New Bern.

Very clean house! Went for a birthday vacay, good house to chill in with an indoor hot tub (no pollen)! Drew was great and responded quickly to a tv problem. Great stay, Thanks!

Loved the house on the water. Waking up and walking out and watching the sunrise was awesome. The sunset was just as nice but a little obstructed by trees. The house was fantastic. 3 beds and two full bath made it very easy for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook anything at home! Pet friendly and my dogs loved the covered porch looking over the water! Ac and heat worked great and was very comfortable. I would go back.

Fun place to stay. Convenient to all our needs. Enjoyed spending the holidays meeting up with family! Ty.

The place was fabulous and spacious and also very clean. We were close to a lot of restaurants in New Bern and shopping centers. We would surely stay again.

Sarah was a great host and my wife and I enjoyed ourselves. If we get back to this area again, we wouldn't mind staying again at her facility.

This place was very nice, my family and I stayed about three weeks. Everything is as advertised. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Mike was a good host and would highly recommend staying here especially in the summer months.

This place was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The place was spotless when we got there, cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed at lately.. The location was perfect with lots to do around in Atlantic beach, Beaufort, Morehead City, and Emerald Isle. The beach was such a short easy walk away. Teresa & Ted were great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to stay here, will definitely stay here again!

The view was lovely all around, and we were thrilled to have direct access to the beach.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing and kind! She makes you feel right at home. Her home is a prefect place to stay. The home is very private and restaurants are close by. The beach is only a 20 minute drive away. The pool is another plus to make for an even more fun and relaxing stay. This was our second stay and was even better this time around!

We loved our stay in North Topsail! The condo was beautiful and we felt like we were practically in the water at night listening to the waves. Well kept very clean and we would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

This cabin was so nice! We like to travel with our dog, but often times, pet friendly accommodations still smell like other pets, and this cabin did not! It was very clean, cozy and private! I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at the cabin with our two 50-pound pups for two nights. There are two other cabins on the property and though they are close, we didn't mind the company. Our cabin was *just* enough space for us. We appreciated that the cabin was clean and well appointed...and even had a few decorations for the holidays that made it feel festive! The location felt off the beaten path but was still convenient to all we needed to do in New Bern. Though the dogs would have appreciated a fenced-in area to really stretch their legs, the cabin grounds were clean and full of interesting sniffs. :) They really loved going for walks at Latham-Whitehurst Nature Park, which was a short drive across the highway. "Evolve" is a company, not a host, so communications were automated, but helpful enough to get us in and out without any issues. The pet fee referred to in the instructions was included with the AirBnb fees, so we paid no extra. All in all, a comfortable and easy stay in New Bern!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, exactly what I needed. I loved the layout—it was thoughtfully designed and felt so inviting. Everything was spotless, which made the experience even better. The outdoor space was stunning, and the TV on the patio was such a great touch! It was so quiet and serene, making it the perfect getaway. I truly enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to come back and stay even longer next time

Great tiny cabin! Everything you need and nothing that you don’t if you want a peaceful stay in the woods.

We loved this beautiful cabin the house was beautiful and clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, Heidi and Kevin are exceptional host with great hospitality. Will definitely be staying again and the future Heidi allowed us to meet the chickens and tour her garden we even got pictures with the chicken you can tell they are such great people. This place is worth the stay.

Our end of the year trip was nothing but amazing! Thank you for creating a safe clean space and surroundings. We look forward to rebooking this property and the one next door in the near future for a family trip. The distance from Wilmington and Carolina Beach was a pleasant drive. We even found Los Portales Taqueria and highly recommend for authentic Mexican food. Red dog farms was private and very well kept with plenty of space to enjoy a morning walk or coffee on the porch. Bottom line book it!!! :)

For anyone looking for a Clean, Great place to stay with a A class host this is definitely where you want to be! Cabin was Spotless and felt like home! I’m in town for work and had the weekend off and decided to stay here and I do not regret it a bit!
