What a great place for a getaway!! The large spacious home was very comfortable and easy to find. Everything was provided that you could possibly need including nightlights in the bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets even had darling labels, so you didn't have to waste time searching for things. Instructions were clear for checking in and out. There was information provided about the local area that proved very helpful. Karla thought of everything!!

Tonya’s place is perfect for those looking to fish. Which was exact what we came to Port Arthur to do. My suggestion is to do a pick up order at Walmart before you get to the house, besides the gas station there isn’t much on that side of town. There is a great boat ramp right down the road, has three piers to fish off or launch a boat if you have one. We had to check out early due to our dog cutting his paw back home. Tonya was quick to respond with check out information. My kids loved the fact that the house was on stilts and we even walked over to the park which was about a block away. Quiet location with lots of outdoorsy things to do- sea rim state park, the battle ground, watching the boats, and fishing.

The house was perfect the only thing we needed and didn't have was washclothes and bodywash or bath soap. The weekend was perfect and the flowers were amazing and I hope you don't mind but I filled up your hummingbird feeder they were at your house😀

My family and I reserved for a weekend, and it was wonderful. The location was great—the beach was a walkable distance away—and the townhome was spacious. We were 9 in total, 6 adults, 2 children, and 1 infant. We loved how it had 3 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and food. The TV was a good size. It was clean, but not 100% clean. The carpet had a few stains, but it looked vacuumed. Smelled clean the whole townhome. The showers were clean 100%, but not the floor by the bathroom trash cans. The toilets were 100% clean. We could not find the mop or broom to take care of the bathroom floor by the bath trash cans, or to use it after finishing eating for floor crumbs. Besides that, the balcony is amazing. Great view. I will stay here again in the future, either with my family or friends. It is a great getaway. Close to the NASA Space Station, HEB, and Walmart. I enjoyed my stau tremendously! Everything was just as described & more. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at Jonathan’s house! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for the two of us. The backyard was peaceful and was a nice spot to relax. The heated pool was a great bonus, especially on cooler nights. The host was very easy to communicate with and made everything smooth from start to finish. Everything was just as described. We'd definitely come back!

This was a great house within walking distance of the beach and a playground. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our large group - 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 babies. The provided pack and play helped our won packing space. The beds were also very comfortable, and the AC worked great in this June Texas heat.

Alina was fantastic and extremely patient, we had some things come up on the day of check in and she was super understanding and kind. She stayed later than necessary to make sure we were well set up with a smile on her face. She genuinely enjoys what she does and it shows in the details of care.
