3 Bedroom House with pool, 10 min from the beach

WOW! Your dream CONTEMPORARY POOL home away from home is complete with an ENTIRELY remodeled interior and revived landscape. Please be aware NO PARTIES! 3 bedroom/2 bath, the home offers upgrades throughout the kitchen, dining, family, master bathroom and living rooms. The beautiful home also includes BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances. Within the open floor plan there is a smooth transition from the kitchen to the spacious and perfect for entertaining family room equipped with a wood burning fire place. The master bedroom has an "on suite" bath and walk-in closet while the two other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home for privacy. Maximum 6 adults ( we can consider two more kids, reservation required). No more than 3 cars. Please note, we have security cameras outdoors and in the garage. We have 1 camera in front of the house, 2 cameras at the backyard (one near the pool equipment and another one near the pool), also 1 camera located inside the garage. There are motion detector cameras. All the cameras are in use and recording video 24/7 during your stay. FENCED-IN backyard gives privacy while enjoying time in the pool and wooden deck. Located in a cul-de-sac, the neighbor offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with friendly neighbors. Hot tub works only during winter time( per request only). Additional fee may apply. LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION, Home located in the heart of the Pinellas county, closer to the beach, mall, restaurant, all the necessities you can think of.
