Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle with a heads up), private backyard, access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
