It was fabulous the house was spotless and it was the best 2 days I ever spent. The pool was amazing clean no leaves or dirt in the pool. The house is next to everything u would want. The beach is 5 minutes away, restaurants are all over the place, stores are everywhere. I would definitely come back here for a quick getaway

Adam’s place was just as described! It had everything my family and I needed for our 4 day stay. We truly enjoyed it! The pool and lounge area was our favorite. We grilled out and relaxed while sunbathing and swimming until we pruned lol. All of the accommodations were on point. From comfortable linens to decor and games. Our host was very responsive and super friendly! We absolutely loved it, and hope to visit again in the future!

The house was as described- extremely clean ,very roomy and comfortable.. nice back sitting area with a few parking spots at the house. The house is easily walkable to town and bike trail. The only drawback was the major street construction directly in front of the house which can be loud at times. Other than that it was a great stay!

Home away from home! A beautiful home in a prime location. The pool was absolutely perfect. We came down with little to no plans. We had the most magical 7 day vacation. This home made it that much better. The owner also left more than enough detergent pods for both laundry and dishwasher. All we had to do was unpack and relax. Anything you could ever need or imagine is a 5min drive. 10/10 would recommend this home!

The 3 of my friends and I stayed and had a great time! The bedrooms were very nice and so was the hot tub!!!

My first communications with the host took a couple days to get a response, but after that, everything went smoothly. The place was exactly like in the pictures and the location was excellent - right on the Dunedin causeway, which was perfect for morning and evening walks/runs and sunbathing along the causeway. They had two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels, which was perfect, as Honeymoon Island State Park was only 5 minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals - including a blender and coffee maker. We would have appreciated some coffee filters and a some coffee or Keurig cups, as we got in late and didn't have time to go to the grocery. The place was clean, quiet and in a perfect location for a nice relaxing vacation.

Exactly like pictures - just beautiful setting. Well supplied with all we needed. Screened in pool was just right size to enjoy a quick dip, outside table great for relaxing, food, and games.

Kimberly and co-hosts was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Room was exactly what I expected for my quick trip. Will definitely be looking to stay at another property hosted by Kimberly! !

Fabulous location in Clearwater. The location is absolutely walkable, as the beach is about 2 blocks away and the main street with all the restaurants and bars is one block away. New furniture and appliances with a very clean look.

Place was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and great walking area. Would recommend staying there. Scott was accommodating and communicated well.

I loved this condo! Beautiful, inviting and comfortable. My favorite way to start and end my day was on the balcony, so peaceful. Sunrise was simply stunning. Everything was thought of and provided for an easy start. From small toiletries to dishwasher tablets and even a few laundry pods! There was also a cabinet full of spices and a few basics in the pantry. Easy walk to the beach or restaurants. who could ask for more?!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is steps from the beach, close to the downtown area but far enough away for it to be quiet at night. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals at the condo. Very clean, updated decor, open floor plan and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend.

As described, comfortable beds. Great location. There is not a parking permit in the condo. Floors are not clean. Some beach and pool supplies are available for use.

There were four of us and we loved this condo so much we didn’t want to leave. Huge space! The views are beautiful of the rear bay and dolphins were seen!. Location is 5-10 mins from the beach and very close to the bars and restaurants. Try the local ice cream parlour (forgot its name but is out and right from the accommodation - so nice). Lift always worked and staff & neighbours were very friendly to us but we always liked to chat and say hello. Pool clean. Everything was described by the host, spotlessly clean and with easy access with the elock access. Communication with Edward (host) was excellent using the messaging service and he returned our messages in seconds. Nice touch was the beach cart that included all the beach chairs and umbrellas which we used along with the games. All rooms had TV with excellent viewing packages for local sports channels so we could see the copa and euro football and election news! We really can’t fault it. We will be back. Our family loved staying at this beautiful vacation home. It was so new and modern. The split floor plans is a very attractive feature for us, and also having the extra half bath. The master bedroom was spacious and the en-suite luxurious. Every detail was high end and well planned. Example, every bed had night tables on both sides giving private space to each guest…awesome! There was so much storage in the kitchen and it was well stocked and ready to use. The decor was exceptional and attractive. We loved everything! Oh I almost forgot, each unit has two parking spaces in the enclosed garage, loved it! The owners also had a storage area with lots of beach toys and a wagon! Yay! We are already planning another family vacation!

Vacasa are true professionals and their experience in running a vacation rental business shows up clearly in staying with them. They are great with having a responsive team of people to help with any issues and have worked out all the kinks of check in and hosting procedures to make it feel as seamless as a hotel stay. The apartment itself is lovely, even roomier than the pictures show. Could see how 2 families with younger children could easily stay comfortably. The location itself is steps away from the trolley (download the Flamingo Fares app for mobile ticketing) and makes it convenient to get up and down the Indian Shores area. Salt Rock Grill (right next door) is also an amazing restaurant that I would highly recommend visiting during your stay.

Great place with all the amenities we could want. Was very comfortable with no detail forgotten - didn't have to go without anything. Host/Owner was extremely responsive with a minor issue that came up and required repair. Issue was addressed and fixed within an hour of my initial text. The only slight reduction on my ratings was just on the price. It was pretty expensive for a week but with the comfort and amenities of this property it was worth it. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent place to stay. Very close to our favorite beach and easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. The place is huge, absolutely spotless, and exceeded every one of our expectations. We hope to return next year!
