Laurie called to see uf we had any questionsthe day before we arrived. she texted all the information we needed to get into the condo. She checked in with us to make sure we arrived ok and to see if we needed anything. Great host. Thanks Laurie.

The home worked great for our small family gathering. They even provided a roll-in crib for the baby so that was nice. And we appreciated the offer to extend our check out time so it wasn't so hectic on Sunday morning to get packed up and gone. We'd book this home again without second thoughts.

I highly recommend Matt’s condo. I have stayed at various Airbnb‘s over the years and have to say that Matt was probably the best host yet. We enjoyed the basket of goodies and the space very much. The space is not big, however, it is set up very well and was super comfortable for my family. Lucky us, it toasted up while we were there, but the AC worked very well and that was super appreciated. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed walking around in the mornings. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. It’s very likely I’ll be back. .

This house is a must book. Its very spacious & clean. The beds were so soft in a good way. A balcony connected to the master bedroom. We utilized the patio the most, it was peaceful & private. The host responded quickly & checked on us throughout our stay. Overall I give this house a 10/10.

Anessa's place was the perfect home for our family! It is beautiful and comfy with a very nice back patio. Easy access to the 60 and plenty of local shopping. The next time we are headed back to AZ, we will be checking to see if Anessa's place is available!

Kristi was extremely responsive and helpful as our need to stay outside of our home while our air conditioning was being repaired in the middle of summer was sudden. We were able to check in early and get situated as we prepared our children to start the school year from an Airbnb instead of their home. The kids loved having king size beds.

Stayed for an entire week. Everything was nice and many places were a walkable distance for anyone without transportation.

Rumah was very responsive and everything was great! The location was perfect for our plans and the kids were able to enjoy the pool during down time! Would definitely recommend if traveling to the area.

10/10 my work crew of 6 loved staying at this location while we worked at an event at Sloan Park. We were able to walk the short distance to work each day and loved the convenience. Shopping center very close by. We got great use out of the pool and hot tub each evening and some mornings too. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for making meals at home. Shampoo/Conditioner and soap provided. Todd was responsive when I had a quick question about something in the house. Easy to drive into Tempe or out of town into the mountains. Pretty much everything you would want out of an Airbnb! I look forward to staying here again in the future when we come back for the same event next year.

Great place to stay! Road by the house is a little noisy in the morning but if you are looking for a place to sleep while you do all of your fun things during the day I can’t recommend it enough!

Our stay was great! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We stayed in the Phoenix area for a week. Next year we will definitely be booking a stay with Richard again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My wife and I enjoyed our week long stay. Interior of condo is smartly decorated, nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. Impressed with the overall cleanliness upon arrival. Robert was very responsive to any questions or comments. Looking forward to our next trip to Gilbert to see family and will definitely seek a return stay.

It was a very nice place and clean. Needed a couple essentials-frying pan-pitcher-grill- storage containers but we made do. We have a truck and parking was tight. Otherwise met Dan and he seemed very nice. Would stay again. Location great too.

Jeremy was a great host. He allowed to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. The townhouse was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Will be back for sure. Side note. The massage place on the corner is amazing.

Lovely, comfortable, well stocked, and it felt like home. We were a group of 5 adults and everyone was satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed. There was nice glassware and dishes. We enjoyed relaxing and visiting on the back patio in the evening. The corn hole boards added a bit of fun and entertainment. We felt very safe and appreciated the security measures. The neighborhood was very quiet. The off street parking was a bonus. We all very happy with our stay. Everett was a great host. He went the extra mile in communication and response. Next time we are on the Phoenix area, I will look to stay here again. Thank you for the excellent stay.

We raised our family in Gilbert Arizona so we know the area well, now we are empty nesters living in Baja California Sur and stay in Airbnb's when we go back up to Gilbert to see our kids. We are so glad we found this one!! The location is so perfect, with all the best Gilbert restaurants and lifestyle easily walkable. Yet strangely, it felt so quiet and peaceful at night. We will be looking first to stay at this property every month we go back for a short visit. The place itself feels very spacious and the skylounge was a real bonus. Highly recommend!!
