This little place in the mountains is so cute!!!’ It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The hot tub was great after hikes. It was close to everything and had everything we needed!!

Would stay here again, the place was just as described and very cozy. You can park your car there for free and walk around gatlinburg as you’re right off the strip. The check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow and straight to the point. 10/10 experience all around.

My wife and I came to Gatlinburg for a few days. Location was perfect for walking downtown. Covered parking was a bonus.

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

This place was as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with a nice view, while still being close enough to the parkway and all of its activities. All rooms within the home were very clean. We have no complaints and will definitely be staying here again.

My daughter, granddaughter, sister-in-law and I stayed here last week, and it was wonderful! The description is spot on (so are the reviews - all 5 stars) It was so clean and the beds were comfortable - no trouble sleeping at all. It wasn’t warm enough for us to sit outside and enjoy the patio - but the view is fantastic. We would stay here again! Great hosts!!

Jadina, Is an absolute awesome host she responds quickly. She’s very helpful with recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated. Open floorplan. Makes you feel right at home. We like it so much we will be returning in September and this will be our third time staying in one of her homes. Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family.

Amy was a great host with an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Not only did we have a comfortable stay, but she allowed us to use the property as our wedding venue! Our guests loved everything about the home and how well Amy had preserved the character of the home through her design and furnishings. Amy was very kind and very quick to respond to our messages. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back for another stay!

We loved this place. It was way bigger than what I expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was better equipped any place we have ever stayed at. We stayed a lot of Airbnb‘s. They have everything that you could possibly need to cook with most of the time. It’s just one little pot and pan. The bed was luxurious. There was so many extra throws a things. My kids were in heaven. It honestly is the perfect set up for a family. We had some family come over for dinner an we had tons of room. Plenty of seating inside an out on the front, back, and inside. I’m so glad I booked this. I almost didn’t because I thought it would be too small. Boy was I wrong.

You know how you've look at about 100 places by now? You can stop. Pick this one. It's clean and spacious. The game room is perfect for icky weather or late nights. The hottub is great (well the whole deck is really). It's located right off the parkway. The neighborhood is quiet. It also is not hard to get to. (We've gotten stuck in a cabin driveway before because of the terrain this one is actually accessible for all vehicles). If we come back we'd stay here again.

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

My gf and I had a great stay at Ferns beautiful condo. This place was very clean, felt very homey, and is also within walking distance to downtown. Can’t say enough good things about Fern himself, with the recommendations on what to do, and ensuring all our needs were met. He truly went above and beyond as a host.

Loved the place it was so clean and cozy made you feel so comfortable. It’s also so close to everything we just walked everywhere in town. Definitely will be booking with them again 💕

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

stunning little condo nestled high in the Smoky mountains. my daughter and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we both loved it. it was exactly what I was looking for, for our trip away. the condo is on the small side but it was the perfect amount of space for us. make note that this is way up on the mountain. I was a little nervous about the drive but it's what I wanted for our stay. after the first initial drive up and down, I was good with the steep and curvy roads. make sure your ok with that too!! trust me- the view is WORTH every penny!!! a cup of coffee and a smoky mountain sunrise goes a long way for the soul. condo was relatively clean. many towels for use and small packages of essentials if needed (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) pillows were a little hard and I wished for a few more blankets but honestly those are all personal preferences which should be accomadated by the renter if they need something specific. location was wonderful. views....chefs kiss.
