We booked Chad’s house for a long weekend (mainly for the location on the water). Kayaking with the seals and sea lions was so cool! But the house was equally as impressive- and there was thought put into all aspects of the design and amenities. Chad was also a fantastic host. He was really communicative, and went the extra mile to make the stay special. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had on Airbnb!

A friend and I were in the area for a three day class at Quilted Strait. Wendy’s place was easy to find as it is very well marked at the road. She met us upon arrival and showed us around. The accommodations are spacious, super clean and anything you might need is available. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, shampoo, conditioner etc. She thought of everything. Also, there were fresh, delicious cookies waiting for us! I asked a few questions that I would have known the answer to if I hadn’t set a bag down on the table and covered up her provided information and she was always quick to kindly text back. The view here is lovely, big trees and a gorgeous bay. Enjoy!

This house is a hidden gem, offering multi-layered bedrooms in every corner and inviting living spaces. This place was GREAT! So clean, big and spacious. Quick response, easy to work with. Definitely recommend and definitely book again. The only downfall of this abnb was they do not have a regular coffee maker, they only provide a kerig cups (which are super wasteful to the planet and there wasn't not enough for the amount of beds and people staying). Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay, highly recommend. Thank you!

We all have a great time at Sandy Hook. Very unique community, with fantastic views. The whole island lost power after a major wind storm on Friday night. We were without power on Saturday, but Darrell made sure we stayed comfortable by delivering firewood, instructions for generator and helping, troubleshooting and navigating our needs.

The space was perfect for our family with young children. The toys, children’s dishes, and toddler bathroom step stool were unexpected benefits. The host was very communicative and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Lisa was incredibly caring and kept the place spotless as well as having a beyond beautiful property. Highly recommend renting this place, you won't regret it.

This was a perfect place for my dog and I while my home was being renovated. We did not use the basement area. Upstairs had beautiful views. Beach access was a bonus!
