Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

We loved this apartment. The beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable we've ever had a rental. Excellent hair dryer, good wifi, nice washer, everything we needed in the kitchen, and they left awesome coffee for us, which was really sweet. The neighborhood felt lively but safe and was walkable to lots of great places as well as accessbile to public transport. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again!

Encore merci Augusto (papa d'Alessandro) pour cette semaine merveilleuse dans votre maison et de toutes vos attentions ! Je recommande vivement ce logement. Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Sin dal principio ci siamo resi conto che sarebbe andato tutto bene. Host disponibile e precisa. Appartamento carino, ordinato, pulito a due passi dalla chiesa di santa Maria degli angeli e da un supermercato. Abbiamo parcheggiato il van sotto casa (dove ci sono negozietti e tabacchi); in casa pentole, stoviglie, biancherie, saponi. Un terrazzo ottimo visto che siamo con il bimbo. L’host ci ha addirittura fornito un triciclo per far giocare il piccolo. La casa si compone di due camere da letto grandi (una con letto matrimoniale, una con un letto alla francese più un lettino) e una cameretta con lettino singolo. Ci sono due bagni ciascuno ne con doccia (uno nella vasca). Per noi (cinque adulti e un bimbo) è stata una soluzione ideale. Massima disponibilità da parte della host per gli orari di check in e check out. Consiglio vivamente

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Esperienza impeccabile, appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato. Bellissima la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godere di uno splendido tramonto. Emanuele poi si è dimostrato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile (per dirme una: ci ha anche aiutati a trasportare la spesa dal parcheggio fino all'appartamento, è stato come incontrare un amico di sempre). Consigliatissimo, speriamo si rivederci presto in futuro

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Had an absolutely amazing stay in this AirBnB. Incredible location with a lot of activities around and a beautiful view. The host was super nice and attentive. The house was clean and as described. All and all I would consider myself lucky if I were to stay here again. Would definitely recommend. 6/5.
