The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Eu gostei muito do apartamento com uma localização muito tranquila e de frente para o west lake. Da pra perceber que o apartamento é novo e muito bem cuidado pela dona, que por sinal foi muito bem rápida nas mensagens ao nos ajudar a encontrar o apartamento. O local era exatamente como nas fotos e fica relativamente próximo do bairro antigo. Apenas tivemos problemas com a Wi-Fi, mas não foi tanto assim. Enfim, recomendo muito o apartamento.

Such a great, beautiful, and clean hotel. Felt like home! Everything you could need for a long stay. We loved that there was free washer and dryer available. The gym was small, but still usable with great views on the top floor. Location was in the alley close to a very busy street. A little bit noisy, but we slept just fine. Not many good restaurants close by, you'd have to walk at least 10-15 minutes or take a grab/ taxi. But it's still close and convenient. 35 mins from the airport. Great internet connection for remote work and nice big TV for streaming movies and shows.

We loved our stay at Thuy Hoa’s house. It’s close to the lake and coffee shops, but away from the bustle of the Old Quarter. We arrived on the weekend and the street was pedestrian only. Even with weekday traffic, it’s really quiet inside so we slept well. It’s on Book Street, which adds a lovely character to the place. Once you head down the small alley and climb the stairs you notice there is a whole community back there, including the oldest bookshop in Hanoi I believe. There’s a washing machine and outdoor hanging space, and a large TV to watch Netflix or YouTube from a comfy lounge. It was perfect for us, 2 couples. I would certainly recommend Thuy Hoa’s place if you are in Hanoi.

What an amazing and spacious place (which is super rare in Hanoi Old Quarter) we love the design of the room, the washing machine & dryer really helpful for us! The street is so alive but quiet and peaceful too in the morning and late night! highly recommend this place if you looking for truly Hanoi experience without sacrificing your comfort! The bed so goood and comfy! we love everything! Thank you Jesse & team for accomodating us, for the local insight & hospitality! we cant wait to rebook for our future trip!

Lovely stay at Rosie's! Extremely close proximity to Beer Street and all the busy hostels and hotels that go with it. Despite this, there wasn't any noise at night and the room felt safe and secluded. Great communication from Rosie, easy in and out! She even booked me a ride to the airport on the way out. Very helpful.

We loved our stay, it was quiet and the top balcony is such a beautiful surprise :) Lan's was very communicative and responsive, all went well, thanks for hosting us.

dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

We enjoyed our stay here. It looked just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the host was very helpful. It is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, markets, and shops. If you are a light sleeper do know it is in the heart of old quarter so we did hear some noises at night coming from the street.

Tolle Unterkunft, Fußläufig zur Altstadt. Khanh ist sehr nett und hat uns immer schnell geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

We give this Airbnb a solid 5-star rating. Our host was extremely kind and accommodating Tuan even let us check in earlier than the official time, which we really appreciated. Everything was very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Tuan gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area, let us know about the local night market, and helped us arrange transportation to the airport, which made everything so much easier. The location is fantastic—we were within walking distance to the best pho and bun cha restaurants, the night market, and the vibrant heart of the Old Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and his communication was always quick and friendly. Despite being in a lively city with a buzzing nightlife, we slept very well. We are a family of four and this place was absolutely perfect for us. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hanoi!

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

사진과 다른 숙소로 배정되었고 처음 청소상태가 좋지 않았지만 대응이 훌륭하여 숙박기간 중 편안한 여행이 되었습니다.

All of us enjoyed staying at Helen 's apartment. There are 3 supermarkets nearby for us to buy our items and easy to move around. Helen was helpful in settling us into the apartment. She was kind to make arrangement for a pick up from the airport to her apartment. Worth the stay and highly recommended.

Căn hộ rất đẹp, sạch sẽ, và siêu tiện nghi. Chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Căn hộ có view đẹp, phòng rộng rãi, vị trí ở khu đường lớn. Nhóm mình có sử dụng bát đũa của nhà, do k tìm thấy miếng rửa bát nên đành để gọn lại.
