We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Pillows are comfortable and bed as well. Supermarket downstairs. Close to city but still quiet area. Would recommend. The host was very nice too.

숙소는 너무 깨끗합니다. 개미도 없습다. 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 위치도 너무 좋습니다. 그리고 밤11시에 작은 어려움이 생겼는데, 호스트가 직접 와서 도와줬습니다. 의사소통에서도 너무 좋았습니다. 정말 추천합니다!!!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

The apartment is spacious, convenient, really cool view, great books, and simple furnitures, free of cluster. The surrounding food is great (try the porridge across the street - tiny little place). Hosts’ hospitality and responsiveness are unmatched, super helpful and kind as they let me have their unused bag because I couldn’t find anything that fits my needs. Bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive to the street noise as the Karaoke across the street can get loud at night (but very lively - recommend joining them for a night or two).

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The best accommodation. Best service. They were so nice and accommodating helped so much with our luggage. We had 15 girls for a bachelorette and it was a little chaotic with so many girls but they helped us so much with their concierge survive. 100/10. Their generosity and staff really made our trip. The team was great, the location was close to a lot but still in a more quiet area, and the place itself was very clean. The only thing was with so many people communicating there were a couple instances where different members of the team gave us different instructions. However, overall they were very responsive, they accommodated us on a last second extension of our stay in another unit they had and the building is very nice. Would recommend to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh.

Really appreciated how clean this apartment was, and very comfortable mattress and pillows! Linens and towels were pristine white!

Host is responsive and friendly, we chose this apartment because we had a flight early in the morning, and we could get there quickly and conveniently.

Le is friendly and helpful and was always quick to respond. Apartment is on 24th floor, facing NNE. View from the window is towards the river and a bit towards the opposite building. Courtyards are very green and area is quite. Mall with a supermarket is 5min walk and park with ride and such is 10min walk. Multiple convenience stores around, pharmacies, print shop - you don't really need to leave the area for almost anything. As of Jan'25 townhouse part of the area is mostly uninhabited and make for a quite and nice place to walk/run. There is a construction site nearby but it wasn't loud or bothersome even with open windows (I'm noise sensitive). There are a couple of gyms in the walking distance; pull-up bar and a pair of dumbbells in the apartment was very convenient too. Bike ride to the center of HCMC takes about 40min. To the airport during rush hour closer to 1.5h.

Wow, what a place! Staying at Sky89 was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and had killer views of the city—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. From local tips to seamless check-in, he made everything super easy and stress-free. His recommendations for food and hidden gems around the city were spot on! It was a good stay at Kate's place. Apt was spacious and clean, to D1 is about 10min by motorbike. Grocery store at the basement is convenient. It's about 40 min from airport, depending on traffic. My family like the rooftop pool access from the building. I've stayed in other abnb in this building before and would return.
