Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Νικόλα ήταν εξαιρετική, το σπίτι υπέροχο, καλαίσθητο, ευρύχωρο για 8 άτομα, καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αράχωβας. Η επικοινωνία μας με το Νικόλα ήταν άψογη. Προτείνουμε το σπίτι κ τον οικοδεσπότη ανεπιφύλακτα

Had an amazing time in Portaria at Katerina and Emilios's beautiful home. They were such gracious hosts, and made us feel welcome immediately. The view from the house is breathtaking - really one-of-a-kind. The house itself is extremely charming. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen had so many small touches, like walnuts/fruits/milk that made us feel welcome. An incredible place to come back to after touring the Pelion region during the days. Highly recommend!

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

Uzun zamandır tanışıyormuşuz samimiyetiyle ilgilendiler bizimle. Evde herşey düşünülmüştü. Eksik hiçbirşey yoktu. Deneyimli ev sahipleri oldukları çok belliydi. Doğa ile iç içe harika 3 gün geçirdik. Herkese tavsiyemdir. Tatilinizi olduğundan güzel hale getireceğine eminim. 2 ev arasında kalmış iseniz tercihiniz burası olsun. 6 kişiydik 3 çocuğumuzla çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkürler .. Umarım birgün yeniden.. 🙏🏼

The stay in the villa is pleasant and relaxing. The view is breathtaking. The house is very clean. Comfortably equipped. Suzana was very kind, available and spoiled us with food she cooked. We would love to visit again. Thank you.

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

A brand new studio with all comfort and supplies. We felt really at home especially because the friendly contact with the owner and her brother. We recommend this studio and owners greatly.

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

We absolutly loved staying here! It beeing right next to the airport and only 7min by car to the city or 30min by foot was super practical. Matoula and Spiros were the best hosts we ever had - they were superfriendly, had great recommendations and even brought us homecooked food over several times which was absolutly delicious. If we ever go back to Skiathos we will definitly stay there again!

Къщата беше много добре обзаведена и просторна, оборудвана със всичко необходимо. Намира се на много тихо и спокойно място сред природата, но в същото време много близо до таверни, супермаркети и автобусна спирка. На 10мин пеша от прекрасен плаж залив Troulos. Мария е изключително любезен домакин, комуникацията беше перфектна и през цялото време се грижеше добре за престоя ни. Благодарим и бихме се върнали отново! Препоръчваме за пълноценен престой на острова, в близост е и до най-живописните плажове! Подходяща и за семейства с домашни любимци, тъй като има голям двор с красива и поддържана градина и няколко веранди. Благодарим, Мария!

Wir sind absolut schockverliebt!!! Was für ein schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir können gar nicht glauben, dass so ein kleines Juwel Fremden überlassen wird. Wir sind nur sehr ungern wieder gefahren und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Haus ist super gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist super sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand - es gibt alles, was man braucht in sehr guter Qualität (von Küchenutensilien, schönem Geschirr, Föhn, extra Decken, Kissen etc.). Florian ist super nett und war immer schnell erreichbar. Es gab sehr detaillierte Infos zum Haus, zu allen technischen Geräten, für Touren in die Umgebung und Tips für Restaurants. Uns hat auch die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen - selbst bei Regen und grauen Himmel war es toll! Im Sommer muss das Haus in dieser wunderbaren Lage mit all den Möglichkeiten für verschiedene Aktivitäten einfach nur ein Traum sein! Lieber Florian, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit - wir kommen gerne wieder!

המקום מהמם ושקט, עם נוף עוצר נשימה ופרטיות מוחלטת. המארח ידידותי וחביב מאד, ועזר בכל בעיה במהירות וביעילות (אינו דובר אנגלית אבל זאת לא היתה בעיה כלל). היתה לנו חוויה נהדרת, ומקווים לחזור שוב בהקדם מאד מומלץ. מתאים למעשנים בלבד, כי העישון בבקתה מותר, וזה מורגש

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

Το σπίτι της Μαρίας μάς κέρδισε από τις φωτογραφίες και δεν πέσαμε έξω! Πεντακάθαρο, λιτό (χωρίς τίποτα να του λείπει), φωτεινό και ζεστό, αποπνέοντας τη βαθιά ευγένεια και ζεστασιά που είχε και η ίδια η Μαρία στην επικοινωνία μας, ήταν το ιδανικό μέρος για την εκδρομή μας στο Γαλαξίδι. Αυτή την εποχή του χρόνου το χωριό ήταν μαγικό. Χωρίς πολυκοσμία, οι άνθρωποι πολύ φιλικοί, η φύση στα καλύτερά της, απολαύσαμε απίστευτες βόλτες δίπλα στο νερό και μέσα στα αγριολούλουδα. Εξερευνήσαμε την περιοχή, φάγαμε καλά στα γύρω χωριά (η Μαρία έχει φτιάξει μια κατατοπιστικότατη λίστα) και, φυσικά, φτάσαμε μέχρι τους Δελφούς να θαυμάσουμε όπως όλοι! Σίγουρα θα προσπαθήσουμε να μείνουμε ξανά στο σπίτι της Μαρίας στην επόμενη εκδρομή μας προς τα εκεί, αφού είναι το απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο, όπου νιώθεις από την πρώτη στιγμή σαν στο σπίτι σου! Μαρία, και πάλι, ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη φιλοξενία σου!

Avant tout, parlons de la maison. Une vraie perle. Tout simplement magnifique. La piscine fait ~6.5 x 4.25m pour une profondeur ~1.2m à 2.2m Une large terrasse très fonctionnelle, entoure la moitié avant de la maison, et une petite a l’abri du soleil pour des petits déjeuners en fraicheur côté foret. Jardin parfaitement entretenu, propre, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Portail électrique et allée marbrée, offre un visuel immédiatement envoutant et de haut standing. Un espace couvert dédié au barbecue est disponible, avec une table centrale pouvant accueillir 6 personnes (voir plus), apporte une touche supplémentaire très agréable et conviviale à cette maison magnifique. Intérieur irréprochable de propreté, décoré avec goût et sans accès ni de modernité, ni trop rustique. Cuisine ouverte, 2 WC et douche + baignoire. Literie irréprochable et super confortable. Parlons un peu de la région... Le village de Prokopi: Selon nous, le village le plus sympa de la région. Une place centrale accueillent plusieurs restaurants, et commerces. On y trouve des boulangeries, mini market, tabac, bouchers,... Laissez votre auto dur la place, et en quelques pas de-ci, de-là et vous aurez fait vos emplettes. Notez que le miel de la région est réputé, (de même que le thym, sauf erreur), et de nombreux autres produits sont proposés tous locaux ou régional. Quant aux prix, on s’imaginait qu’ils seraient un peu plus haut, mais il n’en est rien. La région vie avant tout de son économie locale entre résidents locaux ou régionaux. Seul petit reproche à faire: les restaurants (de prokopi) ne proposent pas (tous) de carte, ou elle ne sont pas traduites. Cela rend parfois les commandes délicates et ont passe à côté de certain mets que nous aurions aimés commander lorsqu’on les voit passer sous notre nez pour la table d’à côté :-) Mais c’est un détail... Activité dans la région: De nombreuses plages se trouvent de 15min (en auto) a 35min. Elles sont toutes sympathiques, mer propre, services sur plage. La plupart sont faites de mini pierre, ou petits galets mêlée au sable puis sable fin dans l’eau. Pas de bobo aux pieds donc. Autre chose importante, les plages ne sont pas bondées de monde. Vous y trouverez facilement des places. Et le plus important, vous ne payez pas les chaises longue et parasols. Installez vous, un garçon de plage passera vous demander si vous souhaitez a boire et a manger. Commandez ce que vous désirez et voilà. C’est quand même plus sympa que payer dans le vide... (cela s’applique a toutes les plages visités dans la région) Les routes de la région sont facile et plutôt large. Une berline classique fera l’affaire. Par contre, avec un 4x4 vous pouvez accéder a deux ou trois plages via des chemins de terre/cailloux. Nous avions un Suzuki Jimny 4x4 qui nous a suffit, mais un modèle un peu plus costaud serait plus confortable pour certains passages. Nous avons passés 2 semaines très confortables, que je recommanderais sans hésitez. Nous y retournerions même volontiers. Efi vous accueillera avec soin et attention. N’hésitez pas a poser des questions sur la région, c’est avec plaisir qu’elle vous conseillera. Voilà, j’oublie certainement des choses encore à dire, mais celles-ci, si elles sont manquantes, n’ont seraient de toute façon pas moins positives! Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçu!!!

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, μες στην φύση, την ησυχία και με αλογάκια παραδίπλα και πολύ κοντά στο Αίγιο με το αυτοκίνητο. Αγρόκτημα κανονικό, με όμορφη γενικά διαμόρφωση. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν κι αυτό όμορφο, άνετο και λειτουργικό και είχαμεκαι ωραία εξυπηρέτηση από τους οικοδεσπότες.

Εντυπωσιακά καθαρό σπίτι. και εξοπλισμένο με τα παντα. ό,τι καλύτερο για χαλάρωση και ξεκούραση. η πισίνα σε πολύ καλό μέγεθος και βάθος. Το μόνο αρνητικό, οτι το beach bar δίπλα, έπαιζε πολύ δυναυα τα σαββατοκύριακα και το πολύ μικρό 2ο δωμάτιο. Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα !

Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

wunderschönes Grundstück mit Meeres- und Bergblick und Infinitiv Pool. Abseits vom Tourismus und super liebe und vertrauensvolle Vermiter. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!!:)

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsecken. Man kann von fast alles Fenstern aus das Meer sehen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein E-Piano :) Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Draußenbereich mit Pool und einfach traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine relevante Info ist vielleicht noch, dass auf dem Gelände Katzen leben!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

We had a lovely time in this beautiful place. The house was clean and comfortable, the swimming pool amazingly refreshing and the location ideal, since you can walk to the beach and various beach bars - but still very peaceful. The hosts are friendly but discreet and happy to offer info. All in all a great summer experience!
