Walking distance of 200metres from a grocery store to grab your fresh bread and eggs. restaurant/ bar for your afternoon cold beverage and a local surf store to get all your beach needs. In the other direction is a short walk to the surf beach for a late morning swim and rocky coastline for a lovely walk.

In the heart of Phillip Island, close to the track & Penguin Parade, this little cottage gives you the best of both country & sea. A 5 min drive to Cowes town to shops, cafes & supermarkets. Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, koala reserve, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

Yokkaso - Entire Studio - Cape Woolamai

Yokkaso is a self contained stand alone studio at the front of the properties main residence. The accommodation is brand new with beautiful hand crafted furniture and modern amenities. Enjoy light breakfast foods including muesli and spreads. Parking is on site at the front of your own private entrance. Short walk to the Colonnades beach which boasts beautiful sunsets and a place to reconnect. Yokkaso is within walking distance to the local tavern, restaurants and a grocery store.

Somers Cottage Studio - where vines meet bay

Opened in March 2021 this lovingly styled Studio is a 200m walk to the 100 Steps Beach access. Enjoy the nourishing sounds & and smells of nature surrounding this seaside haven. The local birdlife, koalas, dolphins and more are a highlight. We love the way farms & vineyards roll to the shores of Western Port Bay, perfect for beach mornings and winery afternoons. The Studio, it's outdoor shower & patio area are for guests exclusive use, and we're mindful of our guests privacy.

Somers Peninsula Retreat,

7.5 hectare property with main house and self contained purpose built 1 bedroom cottage with queen size bed, bathroom with spa overlooking private garden with water feature, lounge, dining and kitchen with breakfast hamper, veranda front and back overlooking paddocks and dam, car port. Property has a push button farm gate at entrance. There are bikes to ride and the dam is stocked with fish. Silver Perch and Trout bring your own fishing rod.
