Great location we loved the food market close by and the apartment was modern felt right at home. Also loved the bath enjoyed a few of those during our stay.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cet appartement. Très fonctionnel, agréable et d’un calme absolue. Restaurants au sein de l’hôtel et restaurants en extérieur à proximité. L’appartement et l’établissement (piscine, sanitaire, salle de sport…) sont d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est serviable et aimable. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Beautiful place. It’s perfect for a couple and had everything we needed! The beach is over 20 minutes walk away but we had to order taxis to and from because of the hot sun and subtle breeze. The area was breaming with tourist families and couples and was relatively quiet at night. If you’re looking for parties and an upbeat vibe, I would suggest looking into other parts of the island (that wasn’t what we were looking for so we enjoyed it) However, everything was as described and we would stay here again if ever in Rawai. One of the nicest airbnbs we stayed in on our trip!

Amazing apartment can not recommend this enough. The whole place is pristine the location is fantastic and the views and sunsets are amazing. The host, the staff and the communications were first class like staying in a luxury resort. The daily maid service was excellent. The apartment is the most well equipped apartment we have stayed in through Airbnb. It had everything you could possibly need. The rooftop pool and terrace were simply amazing. I will definitely visit again and highly recommend you do too, you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

We had a lovely stay in Rawai! Jet was a thoughtful and responsive host, always quick to reply and very helpful throughout our stay. He also kindly let us check in two hours early, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The complex itself was quiet, secure, and had a nice pool to relax by. Rawai Beach is just a short walk away - while it’s not meant for swimming, it’s a great spot to catch a longtail boat to nearby islands, and there are plenty of cafes and bars along the seafront to enjoy. There are also some great restaurants and supermarkets close by, and Nai Harn Beach, which is stunning, is just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Phuket to explore the southern coast! Thanks for everything Jet :)

My friend and I stayed for a week. What a great deal! We had originally budgeted for a 1 bdrm and were thrilled to find an affordable 2 bdrm with 2 baths! The apartment is close to so many delicious restaurants and cute shops. There’s construction across the street, but it did not bother us. Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Tim and Wit were always responsive, and answered our queries almost in a real time manner. I stayed with my girlfriend, and we had a medical issue that was potentially serious. Within minutes, they came to drive us to the local clinic. And Wit stayed by our side for hours in case, additional help was needed. Tim lived locally so he knew the best nearby restaurants, and so he informed us accordingly. In fact, within a short walking distance, there were several Thai places that provided delicious meals with courteous service. Tim's places all provided access to quiet, almost empty, beaches, and beautiful sunset views in the evening. We stayed for a full month, and enjoyed and appreciated Tim's place as well as his service. So much so that we booked another full month for the following year.

We were traveling with my fellows- group of divers. The house is located very close to all diving centers and walking street as well. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The house has all the necessary equipment. Wonderful seaview from the terrace 🥂 Highly recommend 👍

Waren sehr zufrieden. Biw und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns bei allem unterstützt, was wir brauchten. Die Unterkunft ist recht abgelegen, in 10 min Gehweite ist ein Strand mit Café und Restaurant. Ein kleiner Laden ist auch in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Abgesehen davon braucht man Motorräder oder Fahrräder, um die Insel zu erkunden. Man kann bei Biw zwei Fahrräder und 3 Mottoräder mieten. Mit unseren 2 Kindern reichten uns die Fahrräder nicht, daher haben wir 2 Motorräder geliehen. Da sehr wenig Verkehr auf der Insel ist, kann man selbst als Motorrad Anfänger wie wir problemlos rumfahren. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir einmal morgens hinter dem Haus ein paar Affen gesehen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Biw nur empfehlen.

The accommodation and location of this STUNNING beach house was paradise…. A word we used a lot whilst staying here for 8 nights with the family. Alice our host reached out and gave us many good ideas of places to go and even a complimentary clean half way through to make the place spotless again. The pics don’t do it justice on your own private beach and to have a couple of small stalls down on the beach also to get a beer, coffee or water any time you wanted. The locals restaurants was such amazing value with the Lovey Duck just at the top of the street so cheap! Our fav also was Rawai view around 10 min walk and such top quality food. Walked into town (Rawai) couple of times (15 to 20 mins) and got a bolt taxi back so cheap for 285 Bhats. Couldn’t say anything negative about this paradise location.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

I cant not describe how amazing the sinset is from this airbnb. The whole group full enjoyed there stay and wish we didnt have to leave

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Great apartment, it’s overlooking quiet side of the street, we had a peaceful stay. There are a few really nice restaurants just outside of the building. It takes around 7-10 minutes to reach Rawai high street and Rawai beach. Super convenient location. The Host Olga is prompt to respond to any requests. The apartment was spotless clean when we arrived, and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The apartment has everything one may need. We spent a month staying there and didn’t have any problems. We are happy with our stay, highly recommend this place!

This place has the ultimate view in all of Patong Beach. It was spacious and very clean. Ladies came every day to clean and stock waters which was very much appreciated. Our host was amazing and always very helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment in nice condominium, very clean, easy access to 7 Eleven, restaurants, small clean beach, pharmacy and so on .... great for 2 couples or a family ..... highly recommend .

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend
