This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

Right from the booking Thao was communicating as much as possible understanding our arrival time and the needs of our stay. She gave restaurant recommendations , tour recommendations etc… it was really helpful and the stay was great … it was aesthetically and centre to many main attractions of hochiminh city… couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay … a great experience overall …

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Vi is a kind host, she help us to find express laundry nearby and her instructions so clear! her place is comfortable, clean, and easy to find. ca phe sua (ice coffee & condensed mikk) nearby her airbnb is good one!!! if you stay at Vi’s airbnb you should try the coffee❤️

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

전망, 청결함은 정말 최고입니다. 이곳에 오기전에 sunrise city view 아파트에서 계속나오는 바퀴벌레 때문에 중도에 퇴실하였는데, 이곳에 오고나서 그 스트레스를 다 날려버릴수있었어요. 정말 깨끗해요. 청결도는 만점 드립니다. 전망도 좋아서 테라스에서 야경도 볼수있습니다. 단, 아쉬운점이 있다면 주변에 편의시설이 없다는 점입니다. 편의점도 먼 편이고, 그랩을 이용해야한다는점이 아쉽기는 하지만, 그랩을 타고 조금만 나가면 식당가도 있고, 괜찮은것 같습니다. 아직 주변이 개발중이라, 개발이 완공된다면 정말 최고일것같습니다.

Căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ sang trọng, thiết kế tinh tế, nằm trong khu đô thị sầm uất với nhiều tiện ích như nhà hàng, quán ăn, công viên và trung tâm thương mại. Không gian ấm cúng, đầy đủ nội thất hiện đại, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, phản hồi nhanh và hỗ trợ chu đáo. Rất đáng để trải nghiệm.

Thanh was very proactive in his responses to messages, very quick and accomodating. He was lovely enough to sort out a cot for my 9 month old and awaited us for check in, showing us how to get to the apartment and giving us a quick walk through. The apartment is situated away from the hustle and bustle, so can be very relaxing, but not too far from everything, just a grab car away.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold her! Lejligheden var skøn og servicen var i top – vi fik god og hurtig hjælp både ved ind- og udtjekning. Beliggenheden er i et spændende og autentisk kvarter, hvor man får et indblik i det lokale liv – både det mere beskedne og det lidt mere velhavende. Man skal være forberedt på at tage en Grab for at komme til de fleste restauranter og seværdigheder, men det fungerede helt problemfrit for os. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, og vi vil helt klart anbefale stedet til andre!

Great place to finish our holiday. The complex is quiet and the pool area was particularly lovely.

I really love staying here! The place is perfectly situated in a vibrant market where you can experience the real Vietnam. You can see how the friendly locals live their daily lives and soak in the vibrant culture. It's within walking distance of several restaurants. Plus, there's a really nice coffee shop a stone's throw away. I really enjoy the large outdoor patio where you can view the market below. I often go downstairs and buy fresh fruit and coconuts from the local vendors. I then go up to the patio and sip on a fresh coconut while lying on the hammock. I also love having dinner on the patio during the evenings. There's a magical feel to it. You can even make hotpots and barbecues out there. Plus, the owner is extremely friendly, kind and courteous. She will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. She will always do anything possible to make you feel like an honored guest. She's a top-level host. This is a clean, comfortable place with charm.

Giang's place was a great spot. Good value for the money and in a tucked in area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk around to restaurants, sites, etc. Giang himself was a cool guy and very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

만족스런 숙소

The room is equipped with everything so it was really easy to get settled in. The hosts are very responsive and super helpful. It's a basic place, but there's always hot water, air-conditioning and the WiFi is suitable for working remotely. The bed is comfortable and the area is mostly quiet the whole day.

Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel truly welcomed. The place itself was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return for another visit. Thank you Bao, for a wonderful experience
