Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Phalasarna

L’appartamento di Savoula si trova in pieno centro, e grazie alle indicazioni precise dell’host è stato semplice trovarlo. La cucina è ben equipaggiata, con dell’olio, sale e zucchero a disposizione (sempre ben accetti). La camera da letto ampia e il bagno funzionale. Il grande più la terrazza col divano e il tavolo, e il locale lavanderia a disposizione. Sono stata davvero bene e consiglio questo appartamento senza dubbio.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Vor allem in der Vorsaison ruhig. Grosser Aussenplatz für die eigene Nutzung und Kaffeetrinken direkt am Meer😊. Der Innenbereich grosszügig, so dass man sich auch bei kühleren Temperaturen drinnen wohl fühlen kann. Kommunikation super, schnell und sehr freundlich. Danke Nikos! Auch für das Willkommens - Geschenk (Früchte, Wasser und Olivenöl)

… und am Ende der Straße steht ein Haus am Meer. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem kleinen Paradies am Ende der Straße direkt am Meer. Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten. Toller Garten, das Meer vor der Nase. Altes, stilvolles Haus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch praktisch fehlt es an nichts (bis auf eine Mokka-Kanne für die, die nicht auf Nespresso stehen ;-). Wann immer wir wieder nach Kreta kommen, werden wir hier wieder sein wollen. Danke!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. Wir waren im Herbst eine Woche mit unseren drei Kindern in Frangokastello. Wir wurden von den Gastgebern sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sogar verschiedene regionale Lebensmittel geschenkt bekommen, darunter Feta, Gebäck und Zitrusfrüchte. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ofen und die Strandnähe. In der Nebensaison ist der Ort sehr, sehr ruhig, es gibt nur eine Hand voll Tavernen in der ganzen Gegend und ein paar Supermärkte, die geöffnet sind. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Il complesso si struttura intorno ad una piscina non grande ma comunque ideale per il numero di ospiti. Ben attrezzata l'area esterna con disponibilità di lettini e ombrelloni. c'è una piccola palestra ma non troppo attrezzata. Molto curati e puliti, gli interni degli alloggi sono essenziali ma dotati di tutti i confort. il nostro appartamento per 4 era forse un po piccolo, i due letti in sala non del tutto confortevoli e ideali solo per bimbi; tenendoli aperti perdevano spazio interno in sala anche se comunque per mangiare c'era il tavolo in terrazza. Servizio pulizia giornaliero e cambio lenzuola ogni tre giorni.. impeccabili! La spiaggia vicina ha una taverna e un bar con lettini, noi abbiamo sempre preferito girare la.zona ovest di Creta e non sostare lì.. è l'ideale posizione per.visitare in auto Elafonissi, Balos, Falassarna e tutte le spiagge ovest. 5 minuti di auto da Kissamos e 20 da Chania.

Nous avons passé des moments merveilleux dans cette très jolie maison au bord de la plage. La maison est très confortable, et très judicieusement pensée avec ses trois terrasses aux trois orientations différentes, une pour le soleil du matin, une pour l'après-midi, une qui est protégée. On a vue sur la mer de partout, c'est formidable ! L'environnement est extrêmement calme, nous avons dormi paisiblement, quel bonheur ! On a juste une petite route ( pas passante ) à traverser et on est à la plage. Quel luxe ! Nous reviendrons certainement !!

Superbe logement très lumineux et spacieux. La situation près du centre-ville, de la vieille ville et proche du bord de mer était parfaite. En prime, une belle vue ; sur la mer d'un côté et sur les montagnes de l'autre. L'appartement est au 5e étage mais avec ascenseur. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Quartier résidentiel très calme. Bref, bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bon contact avec Manolis (à distance) qui nous a fait des suggestions de restos et visites durant le séjour.

Excellent séjour chez Manolis. L’appartement est très propre et nous pouvons tout visiter à pieds. Le toit terrasse est magnifique et la vue imprenable. Nous reviendrons.

The villa is a most beautiful place for a relaxed family vacation. Quiet, spacious and with all the amenities for a relaxed stay. The next town is nearby, only a few minutes away by car. The local support is excellent, very friendly, very responsive and alert. All in all, a very recommendable place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is very lovingly furnished, clean and has a fantastic location right on the beach. The surrounding area is perfect for sightseeing (close to Chania, Aptera) and hiking. The hosts were very easy to reach and very friendly - there were even some Greek delicacies to welcome us. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Sea View White Villa sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, direkt am Strand. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool kann auf Wunsch etwas geheizt werden, sodass man auch schon früh in der Saison vollen Badespaß hat. Der Whirlpool lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ideal für 3-4 Personen. Stravros war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kleine Leckereien zur Begrüßung und wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Rundum ein toller Urlaub, Danke nochmals!

Sara e Giovanni squisiti! Bellissimo soggiorno, zona fantastica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il ristorante è una chicca, si mangia divinamente. La sera, a bordo piscina, seduti al ristorante, c'è un atmosfera magica, una pace per i sensi. La nostra bimba si è innamorata della piscina! Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie mille

This place is absolutely amazing. My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Aikaterinis apartment and we were completely satisfied. The inside provides everything what we needed. The description was absolutely accurate. The fridge is very spacious and there is a freezer as well. We cooked quite a lot therefore this was very helpful for us. The pool outside is very clean and also the temperature was perfect for the hot days in Greece. You can really relax at this place because there is not a lot of tourism at this area on Crete. Also the beach in front of the house is quite nice. We put our hammock under some trees and were watching the sunrise over Paleochora. I can totally recommend this apartment, especially for couples who want some relaxing time and together.

Un appartement très propre et agréable à deux pas de la mer. Séjour très sympathique même si en ce mois de mars la saison n’a pas encore commencé. En été ca doit etre formidable. Un grand merci à Nikos pour son accueil chalereux!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (je 1 Kleinkind) in Lesleys Haus. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort. Supermärkte, Restaurants uvw. sind in der direkten Umgebung erreichbar. Der Strand liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßen Seite und ist ein Kiesstrand. Wenn man weiter in Richtung der Bar "Menta" geht, gibt es aber immer wieder kleinere Sand-Bestandteile, die unseren Kindern zum Spielen gereicht haben. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was es so braucht. Neben einem Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es z.B. auch Salz, Pfeffer und Öl. Die Highlights sind sicherlich Terrasse, Pool und Garten. Unsere Kinder haben sehr viel Zeit im Garten verbracht und wir hatten so einen sehr entspannten Urlaub Mit dem Bus kommt man in ca. 40 Minuten nach Charnia. Lesley und ihre Co-Gastgeberin waren stets erreichbar und haben uns mit Tipps oder auch bei Problemen weitergeholfen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an Lesley und Hannah!

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

We live Eleni’s villa. Superbly well equipped spotless and great location. We were greeted with lots of home baked goodies (delicious) fruit wine and raki’s. They brought extra toys for our 22 month old and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Second visit and hopefully not the last. Thank you (both) eleni’s for all you did to make our holiday so Memorable. Anne

Magnifique villa au bord de la mer. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les trois chambres sont très confortables et la literie excellente. La vue depuis la maison est exceptionnelle, il y a un accès direct à une très belle plage, sauvage, nous avons adoré ! J’ai hâte d’y revenir ! Georges a été très accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. il nous a donné de très bonnes adresses pour manger et nous avons beaucoup apprécié les attentions à notre arrivée. Il y avait du vin, de l’huile d’olive, des sodas… Merci infiniment, nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Seaside Villa Lavrys. The villa itself is spacious, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area with a lovely view. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, but do keep in mind that you’ll need a car to get around as the location is a bit remote. Taxi transportation from Chania costs around €30. What truly made our experience special was our host, Alex. From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive, always available to answer any questions we had. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offering great local tips and assistance whenever needed. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference in our trip. Alex’s family was also very warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay in Crete, and Alex’s hospitality made it even better.

Nous avons été totalement ravis du logement et de ses équipements. Chose que je n'avais pas réalisé et qui est un poil dérangeant sont les fêtes à la piscine d'à côté deux fois par semaine. A part cela, tout est parfait. Les hôtes sont charmants et les deux propriétaires sont au petit soin. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Perfect location very close to Chania. We had breakfast every morning by the sea and fell asleep with sound of waves every night. Perfect home and by far the best airbnb we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, Amazing attention to details- this place has EVERYTHING you need. Highest quality of hosting. We will be back

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Tolles Apartment mit sehr schönem, privaten Garten, nur durch eine Straße vom Meer getrennt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt, die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, gab uns gute Tipps und stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir konnten Buddelzeug für die Kinder ausleihen, haben Holz für den Kamin bekommen und eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht. Der Garten bietet duftenden Jasmin, verschiedene Zitrus- und andere Bäume. Wir haben jeden Morgen draußen auf der großen Terrasse gefrühstückt, es hätte auch noch eine zweite mit Grill bekommen. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort, Klimaanlage (nicht benötigt) und Heizung (auch nicht gebraucht) sind vorhanden, auch teils Fliegengitter gegen die leider noch recht aktiven Stechmücken. Ein Auto ist schon sinnvoll (eigener Parkplatz vorhanden), eine Bushaltestelle wäre aber auch in der Nähe gewesen. Fußläufig Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte. Bis Chania-Zentrum 15 Min. mit dem Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
