Amenities include a king size bed, kitchenette, private bath,sunny deck,pool access and convenient parking. Great walks are just outside your door. This tranquil retreat is ideally located for enjoying all the Wine Country offers.

French doors open up to a private studio on a tree-lined street between the historic Sonoma Square and the town of Glen Ellen. We’re a few minutes drive to vineyards and wineries. Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma only 3 blocks from the historic downtown Petaluma district. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. It’s an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

GUEST-SUITE with PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATH. When traveling, the thing you want most is a room that's clean, private and safe, right? That's what you'll find in your own guest-suite which is always sparkling clean (read reviews) with extra attention to all the little details. There is a small fridge, microwave and hot water kettle for your convenience but no sink, kitchen or laundry facilities.

Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite offers private accommodations in 600 square feet of living space. The suite is all on one level, with its own entrance, living/dining area, and space for simple food prep with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker.
