Alloggio splendido per trascorrere un weekend in tranquillità tra amici, i proprietari sono stati ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa servisse, la casa è in ordine e pulita, il panorama è splendido. Torneremo molto volentieri.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad met vrienden in Tarano. De communicatie liep vlot, het huis was in orde, de airco was een pluspunt en het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. 1 klein minpunt: er zijn geen parasols aanwezig zoals zichtbaar op de foto’s. Zeker een aanrader om hier te vertoeven.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time at Adeles' house.The place is beautiful surrounded by flowers and amazing landscape to the hills. 10 minutes walk to the center of Todi. The house is very clean and Adele is kind and very helpful! We traveled at the end of April and the weather was great but not yet hot to use the swimming pool.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Corrispondente alle foto pubblicate, silenziosa, ottima posizione insomma tutto perfetto. Inoltre l’ host è stato super disponibile e gentile.

La vue est magnifique. Quartier paisible. Toutefois, la cuisine manque plusieurs articles pour cuisiner.

我要如何赞美Maria Chiara的民宿呢~这是我此次旅行中最爱的一个住宿地点，美好得有一点梦幻和不真实。房子的具体位置我描述不清，离皮恩扎不远，我们开了一路的山路，很好找。漂亮的精心打理的院子是我的第一印象，一只可爱的小猫在院子里和我们慵懒地打招呼。Maria带我们去了所有的房间，一共三间超级舒适的卧室，两个配备齐全的厕所，还有大小两间起居室以及温馨的厨房。因为到达的时候已经很晚了，我们没有来得及在路上吃饭，打开谷歌地图，附近的餐厅都显示打烊了。我们只好非常不好意思地寻求Maria的帮助。Maria和他的家人给了我们很大的帮助，他帮我们打了一堆电话，前面好几个都说今天满座了或者是我们要打烊了，但是他们丝毫没有停下来的意愿，直到找到一家开门的披萨店。我们很顺利地找到了那家当地的餐厅，简直是我吃过最好吃的意面和披萨，而且价格非常公道。夜晚，我们在院子里品尝白天从酒庄带回来的美酒，漂亮的院子和星空，气氛太好了。第二天，我们得以认真打量这漂亮的房子，它已经有104岁了，但是房屋的状态特别好，是女主人辛苦在打理。房间的家具和陈列特别有地域的特色，也有复古的年代感，配色迷人得令人挪不开眼睛。我和朋友说，感觉就是住进了一家博物馆。Maria的厨房也有很意思，大概有大大小小5只咖啡壶，非常有生活的气息。我们要离开的时候，Maria已经在打扫院子了，我们用谷歌翻译聊了一会儿，再次感谢她热情的招待。这漂亮的房子承载了我对托斯卡纳最好的回忆，和我亲爱的家人还有可爱的朋友。

Il nostro soggiorno (mio e della mia compagna) é stato molto positivo, molto del merito é stato del host Marco. Persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre orientato al benessere dei suoi ospitit, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il posto poi é comodissimo per accedere alla spiaggia della feniglia, grazie anche all'uso di biciclette messe a disposizione da Marco. Ottima esperienza, considerato che questo é stato il primo anno in cui Marco ha iniziato a ricevere ospiti tramite airbnb le cose sono sicuro possano solo migliorare! 5 stelle :)

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. Ich habe schon oft Häuser gebucht, solche Gastgeber hatte ich noch nie. Bei unsere Ankunft fanden wir nicht nur Käse und Wurst, sondern auch selbst gemachtes Brot und Gebäck. Am dritten Tag wurden wir mit einem Kuchen überrascht und am Tag danach haben sie Lasagne und Nachtisch für uns gemacht. Samuele war mit Abstand der freundlichste und aufmerksamste Gastgeber, den wir je erlebt haben. Seine herzliche Art hat das atemberaubende Haus perfekt gemacht. Wir waren drei Familien mit Kindern, jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Die Küche war super zum gemeinsamen kochen. Die Umgebung ist sagenhaft schön, der Ausblick ein Traum. Der Pool und Spielplatz für die Kinder waren perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Saskia im Vorfeld, als auch mit Samuele vor Ort war hervorragend. Ich könnte noch lange schwärmen, leider reichen die Zeichen nicht. 1000 Dank an Samuele für das tolle Haus und seine Gastfreundschaft. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Très bon logement à la campagne pour découvrir Rome en famille. Rome est accessible à 30min via le train de Cesano. Maison spacieuse et propre dans un quartier paisible. Hôte très accueillante et très réactive. Nous recommandons

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.
