Place was well catered. All the necessities were there and Liz had fresh bread, eggs milk and coffee for us. Location was perfect.

Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

We had a great 4 nights at the apartment was lovely the balcony was very sunny had everything you needed nice bar 3 minutes was and bottle shop wine ect would stay again when in Perth .hot water to taps and shower was hot in seconds washing machine and dryer dishwasher

Beautiful apartment a stones throw from the beach, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need, Marcella was a wonderful host who responded very quickly to any issues we had, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Geweldig verblijf op een uitstekende locatie in hartje Perth. Het appartement is fantastisch, erg luxe met een geweldig uitzicht en alle faciliteiten waren super goed geregeld. De sportschool en zwembad zijn netjes en worden goed bijgehouden. De manager heeft ons erg goed begeleid en was heel snel met reageren of ter plekke. Wij raden iedereen dit verblijf aan en komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Wij hebben genoten!

Our Hosts went above and BEYOND our expectations, there was a bottle of fine bubbly chilling on ice awaiting our arrival. The huge spa/hot tub was simmering and ready to greet and relax in after our journey, - there was even loads of ICE in the freezer for our drinks - toothbrushes in the bathroom! and - the apartment was well laid out, with everything you could need to enjoy a few days away from the usual hustle and bustle of a busy life! We really enjoyed our stay - 10 out of 10 from Us!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this site

Brilliant location and spacious well appointed apartment. Space for us to work and study during the trip, excellent wi fi. Full kitchen to cook properly. Louisa made sure we had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing week in Cottesloe.

Lyda’s place is located nice and quiet area, right next to Kings park. We can easily access to many spots on foot. Lyda’s team always responded quickly. We would stay her place if we visit Perth again.

My partner at I had a very enjoyable week staying at Lyda’s apartment in Perth! The accomodation was in great condition and had amenities as stated including a washer and dryer which was very convenient for our longer stay. Lyda was responsive when we had any questions and provided very clear instructions on checking in and out. The apartment building is lovely and is very quiet for a place so close to the city. We were able to access lovely parks and restaurants via foot due to the location. We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. Awesome place in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Coles is just nearby, very walkable distance. House was perfect, spacious, free of clutter, looked totally like the photos and description! Plenty of pillows and cushions, has a threater room for TV nights! Bed was really comfortable! Kids had so much fun into the bath tub every night! Ample cutleries and kitchen utensils were provided. Washer & dryer working well! Loved the outdoor bbq area and the nearby Eden Beach is beautiful! Wished we had stayed there longer! Highly recommend, Joyce was very helpful!

This Airbnb was perfect for us… our family lives around the corner. It was well equipped & Jason had thoughtfully left us some fruit, teabags, coffee pods & milk. The bedrooms were large & beds comfy. Some shops & small mall was walkable distance. The house had great space & Netflix on the large tv. There were gaming consoles too. They had a washing machine & dryer. There was a bbq but we didn’t use. Nice garden furniture too. Bathrooms were lovely & nice hot water. We’d definitely recommend staying here. You’d need a car (if you don’t have local family to drive you) as not sure what public transport is like.

Astrid is a charming woman and we found her place ideal for our post Xmas lunch. The facilities eg swimming pool, pool table etc were very popular. Would definitely come again.

Had a great time, while our own house was being repaired. Felt right at home with all the comforts including a very nice quiet outdoor sitting area. Huge smart TV along with amp, Xbox(I think.) with plenty of games. Very quick reply to enquiries Although very close to train station, no real noise or foot traffic past the house. A great team. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay here—our family spent about a week and truly felt right at home. The location is perfect: quiet, private, and very convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

Stunning place, perfect for a group getaway with a luxurious feel. Spacious and comfortable, with great entertainment areas including an outdoor pool. Would highly recommend the price is definitely worth it!
