I booked this property for my husband and his 3 friends for his 40th birthday. Wallace was extremely communicative at all times, and was very welcoming to the group on arrival. One of the guests arrived early and while Wallace explained the place would not be ready till check in, the guest was able to fish on the loch till later in the day, and thoroughly enjoyed himself! The property was as described, perfectly clean and the location was exactly what I was looking for when I booked. It was easy to find, and the walking guides and maps of the local area were very helpful too. Would book again!

Beautiful house with loads of space, great big sociable kitchen which we made good use of as we were a big multi generation family group . We loved the lounge area with the open fire and views over the garden . The hot tub was welcomed by the younger branch of our group. Such a lovely area to stay in, the distillery near by and local walks. Further afield we loved exploring Aberfeldy and Kenmore . Stirling is in easy distance as well as castle Doune . It certainly was a memorable new year break for us and we will be returning to the area as there is so much more to explore .

Mel’s place is nothing short of incredible. From the minute we booked to the minute we left Mel was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The welcome hamper was perfect for us and very generous. The place itself is idyllic. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere but yet you have everything you want and need on your doorstep. The house is clean, well equipped, comfortable, warm (we stayed in February!) and has lots of high quality features. The view over the loch is incredible and changes everytime you look at it which only made the whole trip even better. We managed a boat trip with Cruise Loch Lomond on Mel’s recommendation and a walk up to the hydroelectric station again, on Mel’s recommendation. Both amazing experiences. I would recommend a stop at the farm shop in Luss for some square sausage and rolls for breakfast. Thanks Mel 🙂 Lou, Darius and the kids.

The cottage was great for all the family. We were surprised how much space there was and it is such a fantastic location with lots to do. The utility room came in useful after watersports on the Loch or mountain biking. Views across the lambing fields and valley towards Loch Earn were beautiful and relaxing. The hot tub was ideal after a day out in the hills. We were surprised how much space there was and it is such a fantastic location with lots to do.

Blairbell Cottage was beautiful and peaceful. Great location for many day trips including St Andrews, The Hermitage, Cairngorms and short drive from Edinburgh. The Cottage was very clean and nicer than the photos. It was especially nice to see pretty pheasants and deer each morning in the fields. The hot tub on a chilly night was the perfect addition. The kitchen was well equipped and it was a bonus to have a butcher/farm shop so close by. Definitely recommend a trip to Gloagburn Farm. Their dog Baxter was the sweetest! The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

Great host, everything mentioned was included plus cupboards stocked with plenty of basics if needed. Beautiful location wish we had long to explore

Stayed for 3 nights over New year with the family, lovely home which made us all feel comfortable staying in, 'another home from home' Ample space for 9 adults , a child and dog Lovely views of the hills from the back garden , even more so when it was snowing. 1 minute walk to the shop, even popped into the local pub for Ne'erday drinks. Had an absolute brilliant time in Pitlochry with my partner, dog and brother who is visiting from NZ. Place was spotless. Nice touches left for us on arrival. Garden secure for our dog. Lovely place to visit and great walks, cafes and restaurants to visit. Felt very comfortable.

Great place to stay with lots of space. Hot tub and sauna were great and the added cinema room was a nice extra. Location was good but shame there was not a path so we could walk down to Pitlochry. Ben Vrackie was only a few miles away so we had a hike up and the views did not disappoint. Laura & Jamie were friendly and helpful and showed us how everything worked on arrival.

Had an amazing weekend away. The cabin was lovely and in such a nice location. Hot tub was great!! Leigh was a great host always on the other end of the phone answering our questions. We will definitely be back! would highly recommend

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

We had everything we needed during our stay! What stood out for us was the location with beautiful views and lots places to walk and cycle. We felt very relaxed after using the hot tub. I would highly recommend staying at this place if you would like to visit the Queen Elizabeth forest.

A fantastic place to stay with an amazing hot tub and views of the river and the horses over in the fields. Quiet and so comfortable it was like a home from home. It was exactly as described and in the pictures. We are definitely going to be going back again. Fantastic and we'd give it 100% Diane responded immediately to emails, a wonderful host.

What a Perfect Stay and the easiest 5-star review I've given. Everything lived up to our expectations, which were high to begin with, given the quality of the listing and interactions with Alice before arriving. We're already looking at dates to book again!

This place is very peaceful and private. Hosts were very open and explicit about directions and how things worked. It was clean and quiet. Easy to find and had a designated parking space.

Ali is an excellent host - a truly wonderful lady with a really warm personality - she made us feel so welcome and looked after. The cabin is very comfortable and had everything we needed, but what we loved most was the quirkiness and noticing something new every time we wandered around. It’s clear that a lot of love and creativity has gone into this magical wee place. The grounds and location are so peaceful and tranquil - dining outside around the fire pit and stargazing after some time in the hot bath and sauna was a real treat. We loved the stillness of the place - a very welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We absolutely loved our stay and have told all our friends about this wee gem.
