We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The location is truly unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and Dubai Marina Mall nearby. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that the interior could benefit from a bit of updating. However, everything was functional and comfortable, so this was not a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem atemberaubenden Blick aus dem 17. Stock. Die Metro, der Strand und die Promenade sind nicht weit entfernt, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Ahmed is a great host. He is definitely one of the best ones that I have stayed with. He is very responsive and supportive. I flew in really early in the morning and asked Ahmed if we can check in early and he went out of his way to accommodate. His place is nice and clean and as described in the pictures. The beach is across the street. The view from the apartment is amazing. Great place and an amazing host and very reasonable price. Will definitely stay again.

Nice location with a great view and easy access, Dubai Tram is just near the building. Everything else is good.

Our best vacation ever! This villa is perfect - in the best possible location being close to the local Souk (Shopping centre) and close to Dubai Marina. There is also a lovely park with lake, playpark, basketball court and BBQ facilities 10 seconds from the villa. The villa itself was spacious (comfortably sleeps 6 adults), super clean, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay, this included a private swimming pool in the back garden! Belal and his housekeeper Joe did everything to prepare us for our stay, including lots of communications, advice and guidance – this means a lot when you are in a new country. The housekeeper Joe met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. The villa includes air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Using the detailed written guide provided we were able to arrange delivery of groceries within 20 mins from ordering. I loved this villa and 100% intend to be a regular guest! Five Stars!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Noureen’s villa. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Every detail showed how much care she puts into hosting. The check-in process was smooth, and she was always responsive and kind whenever we needed anything. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

Great villa! Heated swimming pool, barbecue, great backyard. Very private! Blossoming flowers as a fence. Amazing. We enjoyed fresh air and fumigation inside. Towels are everywhere, much more than needed , and that's extremely convenient. Highly recommend for the stay!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous! It was spacious, clean and had a wonderful HUGE terrace. Arbaaz was a great host. He attended to all our needs and was very responsive. It was overall a very pleasant weekend.

The stay was incredible! We had a great time while taking in the beautiful view. One downside is the pool—it doesn't have a heater, so it's not usable in the mornings or evenings during the winter. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are basic toiletries provided. Plus, there's a grocery store nearby that's within walking distance from the villa.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Bonaire Tower in Dubai Marina! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und exakt wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Besonders beeindruckend war die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon – ein echtes Highlight! Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich direkt vor der Tür, was den Alltag sehr angenehm macht. Der Strand ist etwa 15–20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber der Weg dorthin ist sehr schön und bietet viele Eindrücke von der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir etwas benötigen – wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Service. Der Check-in mitten in der Nacht verlief völlig problemlos über einen Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, z. B. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Besonders praktisch: ein eigener, sicherer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist inklusive. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wonderful apartment and fantastic hosts! We had an issue with the internet not working for a day but Sandra and Lars were super responsive and ensured the issue got resolved
