Traumvilla, luxuriös, alles dabei, voll ausgestattet, sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Wohnanlage ist mit Security und Strand ist in der nähe. Geschäfte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto kann man auch dazu mieten was ein Megavorteil ist. Sehr guter Gastgeber, freundlicher und kümmert sich um alles. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Immer wieder. Danke, Uzeur!

As a frequent traveler to Dubai for business reasons I wanted to try a larger house this time and found this villa in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The photos online impressed me and my friends - our expectations were completely met when we were checked in by Lyn. The house is massive, spread over 3 floors with 2 living areas, large bedrooms (all en-suite), an additional kitchenette on top floor and lots of terraces to use in the morning or evening. Cool and practical design, all brand new furniture It was just the perfect place to work and to chill. The surrounding is very peaceful and green. Drive to Dubai Mall is 20 mins, a bit shorter to Marina, some cool breakfast places close by, delivery fast and easy. Cheene was a great host to communicate. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this villa for anyone.

Great place to stay, the villa was very clean and has all the basic appliances and utensils required for a self service.

Anushthan villa is a great place for any and every celebration. We recently celebrated our friends 40th at the villa and it was nothing less than perfect. The venue, the help, the space, the amenities within the villa and the list goes on. We had a live tandoor and catering done and the place accommodated it all. Huge party hall where we had a game master that made us play games through the evening. Shireesh as a host was very accommodating very approachable and helpful. He was responsive and so easy to talk to. He almost entertained every request that we had and we are grateful for this experience. I have to mention the house caretaker Jamal who made the stay so pleasant. He was ALWAYS available ALWAYS ready to help and his polite demeanour was highly appreciated by one and all. We are glad we chose this villa for our friends special day!

It was really beautiful and well cleaned villa and with private driveway parking. very quite area and privacy. any issues Mr Hira always been helpful person 24/7. definitely recommending this place if anyone travelling to dubai best location if you need to travel dubai mall, Emirate mall, Jbr, marina, anywhere you need to travel only takes 20 to 25 mins drive. swimming pool only 4 to minutes walk away and really good and gym 24/7. stayed with family and kids for 14 days felt like home. and price is worth it. if any one need to book ride Mr Hira always provide this service aswell with tesla and good price. in my 14 days experience in dubai with family i will definitely saying Mr Hira thanks alot for everything and the best services and will definitely book this villa again. Hosted dads 60th birthday and just fell like home .. the villa was so beautiful.. big ..accommodated all the request we requested .. was the best decision to host the party there

We had an amazing stay, the house was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and everything was as described. Private pool was very nice and the beach was 3min away.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!
