Great for a weekend in French lick. Everything was as described in the listing.

the surroundings outside were serene and the inside was cozy. It was the perfect place to stay. We are from out of state and we're visiting with family in the area. The home made me wish we visited when it was warmer and that we had a boat. It was above and beyond what we needed but I am grateful we had a peaceful place to come to at the end of the day.

Julia’s was a fantastic host with a very cute and charming home. Lots of space and in a great area. Well furnished with great personal touches. Highly recommend if you want to visit French Lick. Thank you for making our weekend trip extra special.

It was the most cozy place! Paul was an amazing host! My vehicle got stuck in snow and without hesitation within an hour not only was I unstuck but the porch was shoveled and a walkway! The scenery is absolutely gorgeous! Neighborhood is quiet and friendly! The communication was fantastic always a quick response! All the beds are comfortable! The appliances are nice! It is nice to be comfortable and cozy! I higly recommend paul for anyones stay! My two children even love it here! The internet is amazing! Being close to patoka lake, jasper and french lick is plus! If you want a honest host with a great cozy place! Chose Paul!

I rented the location for my bridesmaids and I for my wedding weekend. I personally only stayed the first night, but it was a lovely house and the bed was comfortable. My bridesmaids came back the following night. It was peaceful to just come back and rest after a busy day.

My son and I had a great time at our stay! House was nice and stocked with everything we needed. He really enjoyed fishing in the river and there was alot of space along the river line and in the back yard.

Our hosts were phenomenal! Almost immediate on responses. They lived right above us, so they truly were there to help any time. Very friendly, a joy to talk with, and yet super respectful of our privacy. That was the best-stocked kitchen I've ever rented! I was serving big meals to 7 people every day, baking cakes, a big roast, ambitious menus. I couldn't believe all the cookware and dishes they had, wow! We will come back again and again!

Our family of four love Doc's place. This was our 2nd spring break in a row staying there. We have stayed in the lodge, the lodge cabins, and Doc's place is our favorite! My girls say it is very aesthetic, and the loft bedroom of the cabin is perfect for kids! We roasted hotdogs and made smores in the firepit, and enjoyed walking over the bridge to the falls..Bring a lock with your families name on it to put on the bridge!.. We brought our little puppy and love the fact that the cabin is super pet friendly!.. Our host Jennifer was super helpful and accommodating!..We will definitely be back, hopefully this summer!

It was clean. Short get away & nice place

Rebecca is an awesome host. Communication was excellent. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. She also offered to let us come in a little early and decorate for the wedding. We weren’t able to do that because of our schedule but it was a kind gesture. There were also a couple glasses and a bottle of champagne with flower pedals around. Thank you for the wonderful stay! The only reason I put 3 stars instead of 5 on the price was because we had a cabin less than a mile away the night before for 160$ less. I would still recommend staying at Rebecca’s cabin.

We had a pleasure to stay at Jordana’s place with a group of 13 ladies! Had perfect three nights at this amazing property. Pool was warm, hot tub hot, house clean and quiet, beds are very comfortable, great bedding and pillows, kitchen had everything we needed and having second fridge was a blessing, oven is new and amazing, house smells so good and view was pretty from every window. Secluded yet close to everything. We felt welcomed and relaxed. Plenty of pool towels and great rec room although we did not use it. I liked the ability to control the temperature in every room separately. Animals are adorable and add charm to this place. We used the fire pit, walked around lake, enjoyed fresh air and visited West Baden and went on the horse back riding adventure. We would like to rent it again in the fall for a leaf changing season. The cabin looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the water. It was clean and roomy. The cabin had everything you could need from a pack and play for babies to a pet bed and food bowl. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Vinny for the great retreat! your property is well manicured and absolutely gorgeous. My dogs loved their time getting to be off leash and run around! it was a relaxing weekend too unplug and be in nature. the hot tub under the stars was perfect.

This was my second time staying and i got to say it still blew me away. The cabin itself is very well maintained and very beautiful its so quite and peaceful there. What i really love about the cabin is its around alot beautiful parks and caves such as clifty falls, squire boon, indiana caverns, obannon state park, and mammoth cave well its a couple hours from mammoth cave, but when you come all the way from elkhart indiana its really not that bad lol. Anyways i really dont have anything negative to say its a beautiful place to bring your family and i would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation in southern indiana.

After the loss of my husband, me and my family needed time to heal. We are now going to start a new chapter in our lives. And would like to say thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home for us to relax and enjoy the view from your house. This is the best places to go if you love the peaceful and beautiful view of the Ohio River. I would highly recommend.

The cabin was in a great location with a beautiful view. Bud was super helpful with directions and getting us into the cabin even though we had a later arrival than I had originally planned. All and all a great experience.

This cabin was a joy to stay in! The location on the Ohio River was a beautiful setting. It was private and quiet and just what we needed. The cabin was clean and safe feeling. Shane was very responsive and even got us a new tank of gas for the grill. We loved it and hope to return!

peaceful with beautiful views. we liked to relax on the back deck and watch the local wildlife or sit out front and watch the Ohio river
