We had a fabulous stay at Villa Bliss, it is situated in a quiet part of Pernera, but was in easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars and shops(10 to 20 mins). There is a main road nearby but this did not effect our stay. The villa itself is beautiful and very well equipped with everything that you would need. The only thing that was missing was a toaster, but there is a grill and sandwich maker which did the job. The villa was exceptionally clean and modern, the beds were comfortable. Kosta arranged for us to be picked up from the airport which was fabulous and included in the price. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack which included, water, milk, butter cheese, ham, bread, butter, as well as chocolate croissants and Easter eggs for my daughter. We thought this was lovely and unexpected. The comms with Kosta were exceptional, he always responded in a timely fashion and was very helpful, even offering advice re local restaurants. Fab stay !

Nicos was a great host, he was responsive and very helpful. The apartment was very clean, lovely inside with a big outside area and was a great location. Thanks so much for having us! Would recommend to friends and family.

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

We had a great stay, lovely house. Very well kept. Tony who keeps care of the property was extremely helpful, kind and responsive. We even had a couple really lovely conversations about worlds history and life in general. Recommend 10/10

Perfect for family and close friends. Rooms were spacious, aircon fantastic and kitchen amenities including crockery and utensils were very clean and good condition. Bedrooms were a good size a s comfy beds. Large pool and good sized outsize space. Really helped make our holiday lovely

Vom Balkon aus konnten wir den Sonnenaufgang bestaunen, herrlich. Fühlten uns zu zweit sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Hatte alles, was man braucht, praktisch eingerichtet, auch der Balkon. Es hat uns super gefallen, vielen Dank

Det er en meget dejlig lejlighed med en kæmpe terrasse, en fin swimmingpool og flot udsigt. perfekt til 2 voksne og 2 børn. Vi var der i 5 uger og havde en dejlig tid. Værten svarer altid hurtigt og er meget behjælpelig. Området er stille og meget privat. Der er strand 15 minutters gang væk og fine indkøbsmuligheder ligeså. Det er nok en fordel at have bil, men vi boede der de første 14 dage uden, og det gik fint, hvis man er frisk på at gå lidt.

Vi har fått ett jätte bra och fint minne från den här resan. Huset var perfekt för en familj på 6 vuxna och två småbarn. Läget kunde inte bli bättre! Fint hem både inne och ute, L.A Mer Homes var en bra värld. Stranden, shopping, restauranger och busstation är jätte nära. Vi skulle gärna komma tillbaka. Vi använde oss av transfer servicen som L.A Mer Homes bokade till oss, det var smidigt och skönt att det var anordnat.

When I arrived the apartment was immaculate and Annita had kindly left some water and drinks in the fridge- it was welcome after a long flight and quite late at night when I arrived- she also left some coffee and milk- very thoughtful Throughout the stay she contacted me to ask if all was OK and if I needed anything A really excellent host

Gospodarz był bardzo komunikatywny i bardzo pomocny. W apartamencie jest wszystko czego rodzina potrzebuje w czasie swojego pobytu. Mieszkanie jest czyste, przejrzyste i położone w dobrej lokalizacji- wszystko czego potrzebujesz znajduje się w okolicy. POLECAM

We had a great time. Our host was responsive over the phone and answered our questions. The villa is spacious and the pool is nice. Check in and check out were easy. Apart from finding the place, which would have been easy if it wasn’t for google maps misdirection. But otherwise it was a lovely vacation. Thanks Antonis.

Bardzo polecam. Willa była czysta i jest dobrze zlokalizowana. Jedynym minusem jest brak wyższego ogrodzenia od strony ulicy.

Constantinos is the best host ever! He is so nice and helped us with everything. The accommodation is like in the pictures and we had everything we needed. There are great beaches and restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop too, for those who don't rent a car, but we suggest to do so, because there is a lot to see on Cyprus. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you once again, you are great, Constantinos! :)

Séjour très agréable, vous pouvez tous faire à pied la plage, les restaurants et les courses. Victoria a été très réactive dès que nous avions des questions.

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

Anastasia’s apartment was the perfect place for myself and my two girlfriends to stay and explore the local beaches and restaurants. In the lead up to our stay Anastasia was extremely communicative, fast to respond and very flexible even agreeing to allow us to check in at 3am and out at 5pm. We can’t thank Anastasia enough and would really recommend the apartment for anyone who is looking to stay in Paralimni. The apartment is well equipped with aircon, all of the necessary kitchen utensils - including a washing machine and a very comfy sofa. Thanks again Anastasia! X

Excellent location and a lovely home. We stayed with 2 toddlers and we didn't have to worry about anything, Merope was extremely kind and able to understand our needs. walkable to the beach, lots of restaurants and bars Fig tree bay is a must!
