In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Το σπίτι της Αθηνάς ήταν πολύ όμορφο και cosy. Ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ λειτουργικό. Η επικοινωνία με την Αθηνά ήταν άριστη και απαντούσε πάρα πολύ γρήγορα στα μηνύματα. Συστήνω για αφίξεις μετά τις 16.00-17.00, να κλείνετε το χώρο που διαθέτει η Αθηνά για πάρκινγκ με μια έξτρα χρέωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά και δεν είχαμε άγχος για να ψάχνουμε γύρω γύρω καθώς μιλάμε για μια οικιστική ζώνη της πόλης. Είναι ελάχιστα πιο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, όμως πολύ βολικά για να κινηθεί κάποιος στα προάστια και τη γύρω περιοχή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Άψογο κατάλυμα και design!! Πεντακάθαρο, άμεση επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία! Ευγενικότατη! Ένα μικρό θεματάκι είναι μόνο το παρκάρισμα στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, όμως όλα ξεχνιούνται με γλυκά απ το ζαχαροπλαστείο παρακάτω! 😋😋

Δευτερη φορα στον ιδιο χωρο ολα αψογα θα ξαναερθουμε

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Όλα ήταν υπεροχα, ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενια!

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Beau logement et très belle extérieur avec deux terrasses. Très belle piscine avec des sièges des fauteuils et des tables ainsi que des parasols. Plage à proximité (100m à pied) avec très bon restaurant. La connexion internet malgré les efforts du propriétaire (il a changé le router de suite merci ) était problématique mais c’était le seul petit problème. Il faut une voiture pour faciliter les déplacements. On a passé des très bonnes vacances et on recommande l’endroit. Merci

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Am fost un grup de 8 prieteni și am stat o săptămână. Totul a fost impecabil, gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și chiar ne-a oferit localuri cu mâncare foarte bună și plaje foarte frumoase la care să mergem. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni cu cel mai mare drag. Recomandăm 100%

My girlfriend and me, we spent 4 days at this amazing place. Lena was always available whenver we needed something. I can recommend this house to everybody who loves cats;)

Tout d’abord, la maison est encore plus fantastique sur place que sur les photos. En effet, à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille, de la beauté, mais surtout de la propreté de cette maison. George est un propriétaire exceptionnel. Dommage qu’il soit impossible de laisser plus de 5 étoiles pour notre avis tant il a rendu notre séjour magique. Très gentil et au petit soin pour ses hôtes, il nous a en effet permis de passer d’excellentes vacances dans son pays. Nous rejoignons tous les précédents commentaires qui saluent la gentillesse de George. Quel bonheur d’avoir des gourmandises fraîches le matin ou encore de pouvoir manger de la salade, venant de son potager ou même d’utiliser son véhicule personnel! Nous avons apprécié le calme de la campagne, la magnifique vue de la maison, mais surtout le fait qu’elle soit fonctionnelle. TOUT est fourni, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci encore à George. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur !

The whole experience was fantastic, the place is so nice, the garden and the pool are amazing, the room very clean, functional kitchen, and we felt at home. The view overlooking the sea is stunning and the private beach is a jewel. So much peace and quiet, a beautiful getaway. The host is wonderful and we will be back for sure! The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

Joanna ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sogar regelmäßig nachgefragt hat, ob ich mich in ihrer (meiner) Unterkunft wohl fühle, und alles habe, was ich brauche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top, und die Wohnung an sich auch. Danke, Joanna

Ένα όμορφο και φιλικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά γειτονιάς. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που επιτρέπει την εύκολη μετάβαση σε κάθε σημείο της πόλης! Ο Αλέξανδρος, ο οικοδεσπότης, εξαιρετικός, ευγενής και ευχάριστος στη συζήτηση! Για ένα ή δύο άτομα αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!

Its a very cosy Appartement in Ano Poly, the old town. The view is great from the Balkony. Here you can have a orginal Greek feeling in a big town like Saloniki. The check in and out was esay. Konstantinos was always very friendly an helpful to get a taxi to the airport. This Trip in Konstantinios appartement was a feeling to visit a friend at his home. I will come next time again.

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

Excellent location. New and spacious accomodation. Recommend.

πολύ καλή διαμονή, άριστα εξοπλισμένο κ πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!
