This place was great. We needed a place with a backyard and that allowed pets and we could have asked for a better fit. Our dogs loved it and Rebecca was very accommodating with our schedule. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of stores we needed to go to during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. House was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Amy and her family were wonderful to communicate with. Went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

This house is such a cute find. Old homes have tons of character and charm and this one definitely fits that bill. It’s in a great location to restaurants and cute shopping downtown. Carly was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

The owners’ care for providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. This place is a super nice and has cool features. Updates in the right places that make it very comfy and felt right at home. I highly recommend if you’re in the area. Very clear instructions and responsive host. We will surely stay again next year.

This estate was beautiful, quaint and vintage. The unique feel was perfect for a getaway for our leaders retreat. We would definitely come back again!

Kati’s place was wonderful and just wanted we needed for our weekend in Peoria. We were in town for a wedding and her place had ample kitchen and living space to suit our needs. The set up was laid out perfectly for our group of 4 that was coming and going at different times. Having two entrances and bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of the apartment made for a quiet and peaceful stay. We were welcomed with baking from a nearby bakery which was a lovely touch. Kati’s place provided easy access for us to get in and out of the city and was near lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Jessica was VERY quick to respond to a last min booking. I am from Peoria and need to come back home to see my grandmother that was hospitalized. Without taking time she accepted the request. GREAT location to everything you need to get to in Peoria. House was absolutely amazing and beautiful inside and out! Thank you so much Jessica.
