Place was cozy and host was extremely responsive to anything I needed. I have no complaints, but do want to point out that the stairs on the way down are wood/slippery so might be a challenge for senior dogs.

Stayed for 2 days. I should’ve booked for a longer stay. It was very cozy!

Dimitar is an exceptionally responsive host. We booked a last minute stay and Dimitar was EXTREMELY helpful in locating a property that was convenient and available, and when our stay was extended it was easy to work with Dimitar to modify the reservation. Everything was taken care of for us through prompt communication, even late at night!

This is a very nice place to stay at. I stayed here for work at the OSF hospital in Peoria, and could simply walk to the hospital from Vikki’s house. The house is lovely, and the room was fine for me. One can also walk to restaurants in the Peoria down town.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little cottage! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and charming place. Jill’s cottage was bright, spotless, and surrounded by beautiful views. Our host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy and welcoming. We also enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable chairs, having a drink, and soaking in the lake view. There’s also a firepit we didn’t use this time, but it’s such a great feature for future visits. Thank you, Jill, for sharing this wonderful space — it made our special celebration even more memorable!

Vikki is a fabulous Hostess! She's friendly, helpful and I felt very comfortable the minute I stepped into her home. If I'm in the Peoria area again, I would absolutely try to stay with her!! Beautiful, large home and this stay I had my own bathroom! Loved it!! Oh, can't forget to mention Bernice and Kitty! :)

Had it cleaned up for the weekend after I left that same week!

My second time in this lovely home, and I’m sure I’ll be back. So convenient for my needs, and Vikki is a great host.
