The condo was nice! Loved being on beach! Friendly people staying at same place. They still haven’t fixed the elevator. We were on second floor but felt bad for those on higher levels especially for an older lady I met there. She was struggling. But besides that everything was great!

Brittany was very responsive and accommodating. My children and family enjoy their time at the beach. The condo gave us quick and easy access to the gulf, beach, and a few restaurants close by.

We absolutely loved the place. Felt right at home as soon as you entered the door. Gorgeous beach with private access! We will definitely be staying here again our next trip down!

I fell in love with Fort Walton, we actually looked at condo prices while we were there for ourselves. I loved being right on the beach and sitting watching the waves. The condo was very clean. The water was as expected, clear and beautiful on our first day. However the ocean is unpredictable, there were red and double red flags everyday after our first day. The water was still beautiful, however know how to respect the ocean's rip currents and the warning flags or it can be dangerous. The pool was a great backup plan for us. Rindy supplied everything listed and more. We were surprised by the goodie basket, all the beach toys, extra beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We left behind a fishing rod for whomever would like to try pier or dock fishing. Very easy to get around town. We booked tons of things to do and left three free days to explore. The people were very friendly and tons of places to eat or get groceries. Thanks Rindy!

Melissa was a great host. The check in was super easy and the condo was wonderfully stocked with every comfort of home. The balcony is very large with a table for dinners and watching the sunset or lounge chairs for enjoying the morning coffee. The condo was clean upon our arrival and the checkout instructions are easy and straightforward. The condo has 24/7 security which is also nice. Beach access, pool area are also coded for guest access only.

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Omg..!! It was wonderful, the place was very cozy and welcoming, we were so comfortable there, the bed were very comfortable, we slept very well. And the beauty of it was that the beach is literally the back yard. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay walking distance to the beach.

Megan was a terrific host! We had to make a travel change and booked her place last minute. So glad we did! Very comfortable, accommodating, and memorable. Communication was top notch! 👌🏼

This is a nice place, just a short 5~10 minute walk to a public beach access point. To reach the beach, you’ll need to cross a main road, but there are designated pedestrian crosswalks right in front of each access point, and drivers stop for pedestrians. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the downstairs includes a small kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. A small balcony offers a view of nearby buildings. While this place is currently undergoing renovations, it is fully functional, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The hosts were very responsive, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A perfect spot for a couple of women wanting to escape life for a long weekend. The condo was spotless and kitchen and laundry had all the amenities you could need. The building itself is small, so plenty of carts for your luggage and no long waits for the elevator. Super close to grocery stores and lots of good restaurants (Cobalt and The Gulf) and not far from Flora-Bama, which everyone should experience at least once. And of course the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it's partially covered, which was nice for the somewhat rainy one day we had. Not disappointed that we picked this place in the least.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Breanna’s place was nicely renovated and decorated. We felt cozy and wished that we could’ve stayed longer! Easy drive to the beach, and the building has a gorgeous lookout of the bay.

Jerry’s place was perfect for our vacation! He communicated with us very well! Super close to the beach and there’s so many great places nearby to eat!

We had a great time, it was the perfect place for our little family get away! The communication was great and they gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit around the area! Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my 3 year old son for a few days to visit family in the area. The place was very clean. Had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots pans and dishes and even had coffee, oil and basic spices. There was a huge tub of beach toys for my kiddo to use including floaties and sand toys. There were some toys in the house for young kids too and lots of games for kids and adults of all ages. I would totally stay here again!

I knew that I wanted a beach-front property with a great view and a fun pool, and this was definitely it! The location was great. It was a short walk to the boardwalk shops & restaurants, we walked across the street to jet ski, & the Gulfarium was super close. We drove 15 minutes to restaurants in Destin, or about 10 minutes for restaurants in FWB. The beach was nice. The beach-front chairs and umbrella service was the best! We didn't have to lug anything to the beach, just had to show up at 9am to get our free seats. The seating area gets very crowded, but we had plenty of space to play in the water and could walk East and get more space, if needed. The condo was so pretty inside- tastefully decorated, clean, and modern. The patio view was amazing! The biggest issue was that we could hear the people above us walking around, but that is to be expected in a condo. The pools were clean and pretty much empty, which my kids loved. We absolutely recommend renting this condo!

Just as described. Building had all the perfect amenities. Unit size was great for two families with a total of three kiddos. Easy drive, door dash, or Instacart for anything you’d need. Added bonus was they had beach buckets/shovels so we didn’t have to by at the store.

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

This space is beautiful! The ocean-view balcony is incredible. Shea was great to communicate with. The common areas of this building are also very nice. We loved the zero-entry pool for our littles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kudos to you both!! This is seriously a great Airbnb and other owners should take note. Great view, easy walk to a soft sandy beach and a good heated pool with chairs. It was so organized and clean. We had everything we needed! Not only for a vacation but a beach vacation. Think towels, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards. A huge plus for families traveling with kids. There were extras of everything you can think of. In the kitchen, there was a big selection of spices, cooking oil and coffee filters. They even had tumblers for whatever kind of drink you wanted. The beds were comfortable and we felt all around cozy being in their condo. We will definitely rent from Chris and Ashley again if we come back to the area. Cheers!!

This was by far the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The views were stunning , the condo was even better than the pictures, and the location was perfect! We came as a family of 7 and there were activities for everyone from 3 to 73! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was breath taking, and all the amenities were fabulous. Cannot recommend enough! We loved it and will be back for sure!

Nice location for adults stay. The pool is good for stays in the summer but not heated or indoor for kids during spring break. Quiet and not overcrowded. One elevator was in and out with working while there. The storage room downstairs was a great plus!
