This is the second time we stayed at Christie’s place. Again, it was phenomenal. We absolutely love the view of the golf, having meals out on the balcony is amazing. It is so easy to walk to the water, like amazingly easy, four minutes at most. The kitchen has every utensil and dish you would need, we cook often here. Getting in and out is great, the indoor heated pool is nice for cooler or windy days. Our kids love this place and we are looking forward to our 3rd stay!

Genuinely a fantastic stay, my girlfriend and I loved Fort Walton and decided to book this place for her birthday. The place was clean, had a really nice patio and Dan was very helpful and friendly! Absolutely going to pick this place again when we’re ready for another vacation!

This is a nice place, just a short 5~10 minute walk to a public beach access point. To reach the beach, you’ll need to cross a main road, but there are designated pedestrian crosswalks right in front of each access point, and drivers stop for pedestrians. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the downstairs includes a small kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. A small balcony offers a view of nearby buildings. While this place is currently undergoing renovations, it is fully functional, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The hosts were very responsive, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

Cheryl's place was absolutely fantastic and Cheryl is one of the nicest host I've stayed at. Beach is walking distance. Food and entertainment is close by and you are in the middle of everything but in a private location. Even the neighbors are friendly. Will definitely be back and wish I would give 6 stars 🌟

Brittany was very responsive and accommodating. My children and family enjoy their time at the beach. The condo gave us quick and easy access to the gulf, beach, and a few restaurants close by.

This vacation and booking was beyond amazing with an incredible host ! The instructions were clear from the beginning of the trip . Not very long and written out. The area of stay was very nice and felt safe. Neighbors and maintenance man very friendly. Other people booking bnb’s were in the area as well but keep noise to a minimal 😊 Just cool young adults having fun coming back from the beach ! And the neighbors were very welcoming . Felt like home. Home was very clean. Great view of pool. Valentina was exceptional in responding in a timely fashion. Very nice and courteous. Clean up instructions very clear not too demanding . Asked of simple things, which me and my family normal do anyway lol as an act of kindness to show our appreciation and gratitude of letting us stay and book 💜 I also left my keys at the home and didn’t realize until I made it back into another state ! I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Great, cozy condo with a prime location. Easy walk to the beach, nice and peaceful views, and we loved that it was pet friendly. The hosts were attentive and were quick to respond. Perfect spot for our weekend getaway.

Fantastic location with restaurants, bars, beach and near by attractions. The location was easy to take our dogs out, and there was even a dog park a short drive away!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

The pictures match description. Location is fantastic and a very short walk to the beach. the unit is clean and very well taken care.

Our stay was welcoming and warm(it felt like a home away from home). The security is thorough, and made us feel safe(top notch). It is just off of the beaten path enough to be private, but not far enough that you cannot easily get to places via golf cart.

George was an awesome host!! One minor thing was broke, and I bought it to his attention he came in fixed it in 10 min or even less!!! His place was cozy, clean, and neat most definitely the perfect location less than 5-10 min drive to all the places we was going to for our vacation with the kids.

We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the Park Ave complex & this one is another wonderful place! The location to the pool was very close & we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the screened porch, which had a wonderful view of the swimming pool. This condo had many extra toys for our little ones to play with & pool floats too. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. There was even a great ice maker as well. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra box fan & TV’s for each bedroom also. Overall we enjoyed staying in building 300 for our long spring vacation & we definitely recommend other’s to stay in this 3 BR/2 Bath too!

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

This place was everything I wanted and more. It was very peaceful and it accommodated me and my kids. The beds were very comfortable. The thing I liked the most was sitting on the balcony and listening to the water. Very relaxing and accessible to restaurants.

My family enjoyed a much needed Spring Break at the pool and a beach day. It was a beautiful place to stay and the condo had everything we needed so you really don't have to bring a lot with you. It was a nice location right by stores and restaurants, we even enjoyed the Grill at the Tiki bar which had some decent entertainment and good food. Overal it was a great week and would definitely like to continue bringing my family here for years to come especially since the owners are so nice and communicative.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin Villas. It felt like home upon entering. It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. Everything was just like the photos and description. We loved that a Publix was within walking distance and Walmart was right up the street for our convenience. The only issue was noise from the upstairs neighbors was very excessive with someone consistently running and bumping at all times of the night while trying to sleep and in the early hours of the morning. Overall we were impressed with our stay! Cristina also responded to me within a good time standard when I had a question. Thank you Cristina for an affordable, clean place to stay during our time. We would stay again!
