Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

This is our second time staying at Rachel’s Place. We travel to Milton to visit family and this place is absolutely perfect for one or two guests! Rachel is a great host and communicates well. We will continue to stay here whenever possible on future trips to Milton.

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Excellent and relaxing place, safe and calm area. The owners zulma , Janice and Alyssa were great hosts and very attentive to everything I needed, they made my stay very welcoming. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a long term rental in Pensacola

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

I just wanted to say the places was wonderful and the people that lives in the main house was wonderful people. They were great to my family and we loved the pool n we can’t forget about Mr.Kitty he was very friendly he has a great listening hear thanks for having us until next time

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and had everything anyone would need to enjoy staying in Fort Walton Beach. We would recommend his place because he thought of everything to make it a great experience. A 5 star host.!!

The place was just what we needed to get away from Art was attentive if we need anything and gave us daily reminders I would definitely stay here again not to far from all your main attractions and 30 min drive if your wanting to go more out In Florida which wasn’t bad at all !!! Thanks Art

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

We absolutely love staying at the Scott’s house. They were very attentive and when we needed help finding a beach they were so helpful with suggesting a kid friendly beach for my three-year-old. Everything looked exactly like the picture and felt exactly like home and their dog. Bella is the sweetest. The kids absolutely loved her. Please book to stay here!!!! We’ll come again.

Me & my girlfriend loved our stay here. Cindy was very kind, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and a good drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. My favorite part was the binder of information and recommendations as well as the gift from Cynthia.

Here's a revised version of your review: Ed was an exceptional host! He was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

the condo was beautiful Diane was a great host answered every question me and my family had and very polite we will for sure rent from her agian for another vacation.

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

The condo was nice,clean and comfortable for a long weekend! Location was great, easy access to the beach and the heated pool was amazing! Only thing is there are no elevators so be prepared to climb dimly lit stairs! Also, not a private balcony. Other than those minor things we had a great time and well worth the price!

My friends, my boyfriend and I spent most of our vacation in the unit! It was perfect for all the nasty weather we had! Very peaceful, clean, and accessible! We were a hop and a skip from the pool. Definitely will be staying here again!

Love this condo! It looks just like photos Beds are very comfortable Condo is very clean and beautifully decorated Everything you need in the large Kitchen Balcony is large with great views of the ocean Pool area is clean We will be back!

Chris’s place is exactly as described. We walked into a very clean unit, with a really nice view to the beach. The place is in a convenient location with private entry to the pool and beach. Walking distance to literally everything and driving distance is short to the boardwalk and other great places. I had no idea this place was literally located in front of a water park where we could walk to as well, unfortunately that was closed still so I am hoping to book again with Chris in the future so we can visit that with the kids. This is our first airbnb stay and it definitely met our expectations, thank you Chris.
