I had a wonderful stay here for my mom's birthday! It has been a goal to go to Navarre Beach for a long time and it was just as beautiful as we imagined. The balcony view is breathtaking and the private beach area along with the pool was very peaceful. The BnB was very spacious and well decorated and clean. There was a thing crack in one of the sliding glass doors which Quinn communicated prior to our stay letting us know it was in the process of being fixed. Quinn was a great host and messaged us back quickly when we had any questions. Overall loved the stay and didn't want to leave!

the condo was beautiful Diane was a great host answered every question me and my family had and very polite we will for sure rent from her agian for another vacation.

We decided to book an Airbnb last minute and this was such a great find! It was a great location being only a short drive away from so many cute restaurants and beaches, and was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and felt very homey.

Was a little leery of staying on the 19th floor, but the elevators are extremely fast. Never had to wait too long for a ride. Jay’s place is clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is about parking- which isn’t any fault of Jay. Our stay was less than 24 hours and still had to pay the same fee we would if our stay lasted a week. Prorating for parking would be more favorable.

Allison is amazing! Shes very responsive & makes sure you know and have everything you need. The condo was breathtaking and relaxing. There are games and books in the pantry that we utilized, however, at no fault of her own, we were too intoxicated to follow along on the fact or crap one 🤣 so we played heads up on our phone instead. I haven't laughed so hard in years! My Bachelorette Trip was well worth every penny. Much needed fun, relaxation, and bonding. We all felt very comfortable in the space and not over crowdes. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you for hosting us Allison!

I really enjoyed my stay here and I plan to go back! The area was quiet and everything was easy to access. The moon rise was spectacular on the water from the balcony.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

From start to finish, communication was fantastic. There was no need for me to ask any questions. I booked last minute and everything was still fantastic. We will stay here on every trip to the area. Thank you for your hospitality.

My adult daughters, granddaughters and mother all stayed comfortably. The weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped. However Shirley had the pool and hot tub nice and warm. Everyone enjoyed time outdoors and just hanging out making memories. Johnson’s beach is super close. We spent a few days there as well. We had everything we needed for our trip to the beach. Coolers, beach chairs, towels and buckets and shovels to build sand castles. The house is so beautiful and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Shirley went above and beyond and had some of our favorite drinks, snacks and even a supper meal ready for us when we arrived. If you’re looking for a place for a family gathering or a large group trip. This is the place to go.

Amazing place to stay on the river. House is awesome, just like the pictures. We didn't stay long, but the one day we had to really enjoy house on the river was amazing. They have kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes with a private launch. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It was awesome. Adam and Alisa responded immediately to any questions we had. Great hosts. I can't recommend this place enough.

My sisters and I take an annual girls’ trip to reconnect, unwind, and make memories together — and this beautiful bayfront oasis was the perfect place to do just that. The house itself is stunning: warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed with everything you need for comfort and fun. From the cozy living spaces to the fully stocked game room, every detail felt like it was made for laughter and togetherness. We especially loved the hot tub under the stars and the peaceful mornings on the pier watching the water sparkle. We even went kayaking on the bay and were lucky enough to see dolphins up close — pure magic! We also made use of the fire pit and shared stories and s’mores late into the night. My kids and their friends had an amazing time and so did me and my husband if this property is ever on my available dates I'll be sure to book it again. Thank you and your lovely wife for such a beautiful little oasis..... well at least that's how I felt 🤩.... It's a huge bonus if you get some amazing neighbors because it is a duplex but don't let that discourage you this spot is absolutely fantastic 10/10 I recommend

This was the perfect house for what we wanted for a weekend of keeping our grandbaby, while my daughter was in and out, participating in a wedding. It is right on the water, although the water is not accessible from the property, it is a beautiful view out the many windows, that make the living area bright and airy. My husband was able to walk down the street a couple of lots and fish and there is a bait shop just a short car ride away. The house was immaculate, and very bright and cozy. Minh responded to every inquiry very quickly. If you are heading to Pensacola give this house a good look, we felt it was a really good deal.

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

Great location to The Wharf and I highly recommend the home. It is perfectly located next to shops and food.

I enjoyed the week in Navarre! This unit is a little gem…beautiful view of the sound and fishing pier. The gulf beach is a short walk from the condo. I made the short drive to the beach access with restrooms every day; it was perfect! Grant & Melissa provided beach chairs and an umbrella….it was nice having those already there so I didnt have to bring my own. There were other “beach things” available, but I didn’t use them. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach!

It was our first time to Perdido Key and it was great staying in the condo; it had a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms for my son and myself, and was well equipped. My son was all about screencasting to the TVs which worked seamlessly. We hung out on the balcony as well. Nice place!

We wanted a place that was “off the beaten path” yet close to restaurants and beaches. This waterfront condo checked all of our boxes. My husband loved fishing off the dock. I loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The condo complex was quiet, and the few people we encountered were friendly. We felt safe and were able to relax and rejuvenate after a few stressful months. The condo complex is not new and fancy, which was totally fine with us. The condo was very clean and tastefully furnished. The host(s) were very responsive to messages and were friendly, personable, and helpful. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back next year!

This is the first place I've stayed where I arrived and was amazed by how much nicer it was than I imagined. I was transitioning to the local area for a new job. The booking calendar was open, surprisingly, and Colleen and Paul were gracious enough to allow me to use this space for the first 30 days of my transition. The condo is incredible. You enter and it opens up to this large beautiful kitchen, living room and big glass doors showcasing this million dollar view across the sound to Navarre Beach. Everything was perfectly clean and stocked. There were even some thoughtful starter items, such as a few laundry pods, dish washer pods and other essentials - which were much appreciated as a new arrival into town. Colleen and Paul were very responsive from the start and just plain old nice, friendly people. Check in instructions were very clear. Local recommendations were provided. Just a truly great experience all around. Thank you Colleen and Paul for this experience!

Condo is as described & in a peaceful & well-kept neighborhood. Host is especially helpful & responsive, & offers helpful recommendations for the area. Great location in close proximity to all activities in Pensacola. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were meticulously clean. Kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. We particularly enjoyed the waterfront view while sitting out on our balcony each morning, watching the birds & water. Also enjoyed the Dolphin-watching boat trip with the company Jolly Dolphin. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!

Perfect for our weekend needs. Just outside the busy district but a short walk to get to the heart of the beach activities. A short walk to beach access. Clean and tidy. Recommend highly.
