Thank you for sharing your holiday haven with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and more. We loved the beautiful views and peaceful area. Definitely will recommend and would love to come back.

It was just what we wanted a little bit of peace with the ocean at our door step. The house could do with a few upgrades but thats life living at the sea and the salt sea air, it won't however stop us from staying there again! It was safe and had everything we needed for our stay! Thomas the caretaker was there for anything we needed, he was also not intrusive and left us to do our thing! We didnt want to leave and again would definitely book another stay there!

I would give Justins place 10 stars if I could...it was absolutely amazing especially with the breathtaking seaview. The house is very spacious and the pool is just a bonus. our kids really enjoyed the getaway and didnt want to leave. Justin was absolutely awesome, he is a very good host and what was great about him is he replies really quick. And Yvette was absolutely amazing, she was there if ever we needed to find out anything, she is very kind and caring even towards kids. My kids adored her. This home is value for money. We will definitely go back when we get a chance. i would highly recommend.

The beach cottage is roomy and inviting and feels just like home. There is enough space for big families with kids, and the amenities are just the right way away from the house which is tucked away from the central hustle and bustle - like every beach holiday should be!

My kids stayed with Catherine for more than a week and enjoyed every moment. Great location, and Catherine really made them feel comfortable. The place was cute, and the kids would love to stay at Catherine's place when they visit Port Shepstone again. Great value for money! Thank you Catherine!!

A little piece of heaven. Right on the beach - it’s surreal. Lots of space to grab a quiet moment or converge together over a meal with the sea as a backdrop. The house has everything you need and more. Thomas is quietly unobtrusive and very efficient at looking after the house and comfort of the guests. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an incredible team Khati and Mak who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out. The homeowner is an absolute delight—cheerful, kind, and always ready to help. The house itself is a stunning gem, offering a perfect blend of comfort and charm. But the highlight? The breathtaking view that greets you every day. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by—it was like something out of a dream! This place is a true slice of paradise. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful stunning serene beach house! Jean Paul and his wife are such amazing souls. The apartment is so trendy and the view is simply breathtaking. This apartment fits the profile of a beach home. My family including my pet dog had an amazing stay and Will definitely return. Thank you.

The house had everything you need for a stay. It is a very homely place. You walk out the garden straight onto the beach which is very convenient. We felt safe our whole stay with security cameras located around the property. We did have a problem with the security cameras coming on early in the evening and only going off at about 08:30 in the morning. We contacted Caryn and Callan who advised what to do to get around the problem. The backup power system is great while there is load shedding. Obi the housekeeper was great and was always around if we needed help. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Maria was super friendly and felt like we knew her for ages. The place was super close to the beach, literally just walk across the road and go for a swim on a beautiful beach. Close walk to the ski boat club too. We had a lovely peaceful braai on the stoep listening to the ocean followed by a night swim in the pool. Only wish we stayed longer

We absolutely loved our stay at Cocotree. Would highly recommend this home. Definitely going to use this gem again!

We had an amazing Easter long weekend. The house has everything you could possibly want, an entertainers dream! The access to the beach is a bonus and it's a blue flag beach, another big plus! We had a great weekend, thank you Sharon!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing. The unit is so modern and so stocked up that I didn’t even need to pack my own dishwasher tablets or washing machine pods. Celeste had it all sorted. The view was beautiful and I loved the patio area - so peaceful to read a book. Celeste was so responsive. The beach was only a short walk out the bottom gate. Celeste was right to rather go to the beach first thing in the morning before 12pm otherwise it gets very busy and packed. Our kids loved the tidal pool! But unfortunately, the area is not a very clean area especially the beach. A lot of rubbish being dumped on the grass, shore and streets, unfortunately. The only thing I would suggest for the unit is to put in an air con because wow, it was SO hot and humid and the fans blew warm air. Thank you so much for making your beautiful unit so comfortable and stress-free to stay at.

was a lovely relaxing weekend away. it was everything we were looking for in a quiet weekend to relax and unwind. will definitely be back soon.

Our stay at Whale's Tail was simply glorious! The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The views over the ocean are stunning and we saw whales and dolphins every day. Sitting on the veranda and watching the sunrise made our stay unforgettable. The swimming spot is a short walk along the beach and the rockpools are right in front of the cottage. I would highly recommend a stay at here and would love to come back one day. What a fantastic find! We had a wonderful holiday at Basil's super comfy & perfectly situated unit. Fabulous views in a secure, well-equipped complex just a few 100m from shops, restaurants & the awesome Blue Flag beach. Rooms were spacious & comfortable with ceiling fans to keep us cool. Watch the sun rise from the patio or complex bench overlooking the ocean then stroll onto the pristine beach to make happy memories that will last a lifetime. We had a truly wonderful family holiday at the baristi. Great hosts, incredible garden and very decent accommodation. Pennington is a great place for family vacation if you looking for beach holiday. It has a blue flag beach which is a 10 minute walk away and has a maximum of 30 umbrellas during peak time on the beach each day. If you are a birder, you will not believe what you see in the Baristis garden never mind Umdoni park which is also 10 minute walk away.

This unit was very comfortable, clean and well set out. Having a dishwasher , washing machine and tumble dryer was so convenient , in addition to the beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances. You can’t ask for better sea views - enjoying a cup of coffee or a meal on the balcony with the sound of the waves is food for the soul. Private access to the beach without having to use a car every time was an absolute plus! Gillian was amazing from the time we booked with clear communication on all aspects , responding quickly to any questions and was extremely helpful but not overbearing at the same time. We had a fantastic family break in this very clean, comfortable and well kitted unit which has been well thought out. The complex is well looked after and access to a swimming pool after a hot day on the beach was awesome too. Highly recommmended.

We absolutely loved our stay here - wonderful (and well-equipped) house, with great hosts, and views to die for. And the whales and dolphins put on an amazing show for us from dawn to dusk!

Cottage propre et bien décoré. Accès à la plage par une porte au fond du jardin. Chaque cottage a son petit jardin indépendant avec terrasse, les cottages sont à deux pas de l'océan, mais très bien abrités. Robert et Li-Mari sont adorables, je recommande cet endroit à 100%!

Its exactly what you see when viewing in the internet. Great and beautiful place indeed, we enjoyed the stay. We found everything we needed in the house. I would say its home away from home. Will be coming back soon for another visit. 😊😃

A splendid location, right on the beach. The property has a huge garden and the nearby iFafa tidal pool and rockpools are fun for the kids. Deon and Madelynn made us feel at home.

An amazing place was beautiful and clean, had a super amazing host who was considerate and accommodating we will definitely be back it was just as described in the pictures. We really fell in love what a gem!! We really felt at home. The house has everything you could need on your vacation to make life so much easier.
