It's adjacent to a city bike trail that links to the Pumpkinvine nature/bike trail. It's close to a train crossing (with whistle) and a busy street.

Within 4 blocks are Wonderland Theatre, restaurants, 2 antique malls, 4 gyms, Veni's chocolates, Swirley's frozen yogurt, retail shops and an outdoor summer concert bandshell. Notre Dame and downtown South Bend are 8 miles/16 mins. to the south. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Take a swim in the pool or a soak in the hot tub and let the worries of life melt away during your stay.
