As a first-time user to airbnb, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process. We could not have had a nicer host than Francine. Everything displayed in the Palmetto Breeze profile is accurate. My family and I were looking for a peaceful place to spend time together for the weekend, and Francine’s home fit the bill perfectly. Morning coffee on the sound side deck is a must to enjoy those stunning views. Francine was also very friendly and promptly responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to staying here again!!

What a great time! This stay hit the trifecta with the great host, house, and location. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better one out there. From having a fully stocked spice cabinet, everything you need for the beach (wagon was so clutch!), views, and seamless check-in/out made it an easy decision to book again for next year. Tiffany is a great host, she is very responsive and was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate to my early check-in last minute request. She ensured that the place was spotless for us and the space felt very cozy. The location is ideal if you are bringing your dog, there are a lot of trails to explore and it is safe to walk in the area. I highly recommend staying at this place that is a quick and easy drive to the beach and various restaurants and shops :)

Stephen's place was super clean and very comfortable! The location was peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Stephen was very proactive and communicative with all the information that we needed. He has thought of everything that we could have needed or wanted during our stay. We tried out two of his restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed! We would definitely stay again!! John & Rhonda

As advertised! Would recommend and hope to return. Everything was great! There is not one negative I can think of. One of the best places we have stayed through Air BnB. Sue was a great host, super clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, excellent location.

Great Airbnb for staying in Wilmington! The location is perfect and with 10 minutes within all of the local restaurants & businesses. The Airbnb was clean, but there isn’t a lot of parking, so if you have more than one person driving, you will have to park on the side of the street, but other than that it was great and we enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house with lots of room & space. Definitely would come back again!

This was the Best Airbnb we have ever rented, and we have rented from Airbnb well over 30 times. The property was immaculate, the house was newly renovated and was absolutely beautiful. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, they had everything you needed to have a relaxing weekend on a huge piece of property. The lake was well stocked with fish, we caught and released well over a 200 fish in 4 days; catching a huge variety of fish from Bass, crappie, blue Gil, Shad, etc. The dock house and dock were new and made fishing the pond very comfortable with the benches. We had an absolute blast, thank you Robert for having us. We will be back.

We had a great time. We came in late at night and host made sure there were lights on for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable. Dock area is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Our children took their bikes and loved it.
