This house was a great option for our group of two families looking for some outdoor fun in CDA. We could easily walk to the parks, Tubbs Hill, and the downtown shops and restaurants. The rooms were all very comfortable and the amenities were exactly as described. It’s a great place to stay for a couple of families looking to get away in CDA.

Loved our stay here! Spent the weekend at the house so we could ski at Lookout Pass. Quick and easy drive to the mountain. We had some questions when we arrived and Rebekah and her husband were very helpful and quick to respond! Rebekah even recommended some family friendly restaurants nearby that we could visit. My kids loved our stay. My daughter kept asking if we could come back in the summer. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We had a great time staying here for a family Thanksgiving gathering. We stayed there with a few other people from Oregon and hosted dinner with the local CDA family members coming over for dinner and family game night. The house is perfect for family gatherings. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great and well equipped with everything you’ll need. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful house and if we need to have a gathering in CDA again we’ll definitely try to book this house again!

Brian and Sarah went up and beyond hosting us. Brian even came and kept the driveway clean from snow the next day, even though we weren't there. Very kind and highly communicative hosts. The cottage is one of the best airbnbs we ever got to stay, and, the surrounding and its surrounding is like fairy wonderland. We will be revisiting again and again when we are near Rossland/Kootney. We highly recommend Brian/ Sarah place.

Had an excellent stay and loved the location near Manito Park. Also not far walking to restaurants and grocery store. We were visiting family nearby but really enjoyed the location. Thank you!

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

We had such a wonderful peaceful stay at this cute home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the beds were comfy. A lot of space to lounge. My family had a great time.

We needed to make a reservation on quick notice, and this lovely d was perfect, very welcoming, clean and priced fairly. The neighborhood is very quiet which along with comfortable beds made for much needed sleep. I have a suggestion for “accessibility” in the bathroom. There is a grab bar on the back wall of the large tiled shower, but one as you enter the shower would be very helpful to those who are disabled as I am. The addition of a shower seat would also be helpful. Charlaine’s 5-star home is the place we will return to and suggest to our friends and family when visiting Spokane!

Aaron and Chanan have created a cozy and welcoming space! I felt relaxed and at home. They were also proactive about reaching out to me, and even left the lights on when I was checking in late :) a big highlight was all the fun carvings around and outside the home!

The "Regal Beagle" was absolutely perfect for my visit to see my daughter in Spokane! I was so pleasantly surprised by how spacious the apartment was. Plus, it was sparkling clean, really lovely, and so peaceful. Parking was a breeze too, with spots right out front! The location was great – super convenient to Audubon Park and not too far from downtown Spokane. I'll definitely be checking David's availability next time I'm in town.

Josh & Jen’s place was wonderful! Although we were visiting during a visit for some family matters, it was a peaceful, private and very comfortable space to relax. Beautiful scenery up at the ski hill and lots of premium amenities for the value of their place! Thank you again for hosting us and we look forward to coming back when we visit Kimberley. The guest book in the suite is a nice touch, and amazing to read all other guests positive experience!

Jake is very responsive when I had any questions and extremely friendly! The space was exactly what we needed for two of us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to the Spokane convention center which where our event was.

The lovely and spacious green door duplex was perfect! It was exactly as described, and Cheryl was an amazing host. My family loved the art throughout the home, and we all slept great! The next time we go to Spokane, we will be staying at green door duplex!

We have stayed at Clint's place twice now and can highly recommend. It is cozy, has access to a garage space and is walkable to town while being only 25 minutes to the ski area. A go-to if you're visiting Sandpoint.

A wonderful location for our family reunion! Since the group was mostly adults, it was fantastic having such sleeping arrangment choices. 8 bedrooms meant that everyone had their own space. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with most having doors to the upper deck, complete with screen doors to allow wonderful air flow. Three full bathrooms meant no lineups for showers, etc. The kitchen is huge, and fully equiped. 2 fridge/freezers in the kitchen, an extra "beer" fridge on the deck, and the oven and two cooktops in the kitchen made it perfect for our huge "Christmas in July" turkey dinner. The dining room/living room area is tremendously spacious, and the pool table was a bonus. Jocelyn was an incredible hostess, showed us around when we first got there, and answered any questions immediately. Bonus, she is the BEST medical massage practitioner I have ever been treated by. I would highly recommend her location for anyone looking for a venue for a large group.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Perfect location for ski days at Lookout & Silver Mountain! Felt right at home! Enjoyed wandering the resort and the peaceful neighborhood! And the rooftop hot tubs in buildings A & B were a relaxing end to our days! Look forward to coming back again!!

Beautiful Farm and scenery! Cassie was extremely flexible with our check in time. The house is very large and beautiful!

Lovely space with plenty of room for our large family. We had our previous place cancel at the last minute and Jamie was very helpful ensuring this was ready for us to rent immediately. She even met us at the property to ensure we wouldn’t have any issues. The home was beautiful and well appointed. The beds were amazing!! Most comfortable beds in any AirBNB yet!! Thank you Jamie for bailing us out of a potentially very difficult situation.

This place is amazing. The view alone is spectacular. But the inside is spectacular as well. Modern. Comfortable. Stylish. It is a beautiful property with a view to match. This is a place where you can truly get away from it all and be awed by the natural beauty all around you. Absolutely beautiful.

We had such a blast!! The unit was so Much more than we expected. Our weather was very bipolar So it was such a treat To have an indoor an outdoor option to hang out. The cookware ....the furnishings and the bedding ....Down to the towels where all luxurious We enjoyed our daily interactions with the owners and can't wait to come back someday.
