We had a very nice stay at this spacious appartment with the 5 of us (2 parents with 3 teenagers). It was clean, quiet, beautiful area. Good sleeping. Friendly host and warm welcome. Responded quickly.

If you are looking for an authentic stay in Lapland, this is the place. We stayed here with our kids for seven night and used it as a base for explorong the area and Rovaniemi. The house is beautifully located in a pictoresque village on a lake from which there are great aurora views.

A very cozy apartment with it's unique atmosphere where you feel like at home. Only 30 minutes walking distance to the town centre (for those who not driving). Mirva left detailed instructions how to find an apartment and how to use home equipment. Definitely recommend this apartment and the host. Thank you for amazing hospitality

We enjoyed very much the beautiful and peaceful surrounding. Very responsive host, had a little problem with the door, Ari came to help us in no time. Lovely place with a lot for the kids to do. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, très calme. Pas eu de problème avec le chauffage ni avec le ballon d’eau chaude. Il faisait très froid et le boîtier a clés avait gelé à notre arrivé donc on a eu du mal à l’ouvrir ! Sinon tout était très bien. Quelques poils de chien dans la chambre, on se sait pas si ce sont les anciens occupants ou pas !

Our stay at Tarja and Scott’s house was one of the best adventures of our lives. Even before the trip, they were very kind and helpful. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and had everything we needed. The house was cozy and warm, with plenty of firewood. There is also a beautiful kota near the house where we could cook on the fire and watch the northern lights. We were lucky to see the aurora five nights in a row. Scott also gave us great advice about hiking and kindly let us stay a bit longer on our last day. Before we left, we had a nice talk and learned more about his life. We will always remember this peaceful place by the lake and hope to return one day. :)

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach unvergesslich! Die Lage am Fluss war absolut atemberaubend und die Aussicht auf die Natur rundum ließ uns jeden Tag aufs Neue staunen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der Abend, an dem wir die Polarlichter direkt über dem Haus und dem angrenzenden Fluss sehen konnten – ein Anblick, den man wohl nur selten im Leben erlebt! Es war ein magischer Moment, den wir nie vergessen werden. Die Umgebung war unglaublich ruhig und privat – perfekt, um wirklich abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Für uns war es die perfekte Auszeit, fernab vom hektischen Alltag. Die Fahrt zur nächsten Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeit dauert zwar etwa eine halbe Stunde, aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem, denn es hat sich absolut gelohnt, in dieser idyllischen Lage zu wohnen. Ein Auto ist hier definitiv notwendig, um die Region bequem zu erkunden. Alles in allem war es eine traumhafte Woche, die wir in vollen Zügen genossen haben.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Riverside Dream really lived up to it's name, such a beautiful, clean home with stunning views in the perfect location! Joni-Arttu was extremely responsive and friendly, making the booking, check in and stay so smooth. The property is in a prime location, 10- 20 minutes from most attractions and the airport. We were easily able to book local taxis to and from the home. Such a spacious property that was super clean and decorated for Christmas with a lovely Christmas tree and inviting candles/lights. We (a family of 4) enjoyed the grill hut and sauna and were lucky to witness the Northern Lights from the garden! Our boys appreciated the children's games and the sledges. Die Gastgeber-Familie sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Menschen, die uns schon bei der Ankunft am Flughafen tatkräftig unterstützt haben. Sie standen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat und Unterstützung zur Seite, und egal welche Frage wir hatten, sie wurde schnellstens beantwortet, oder falls etwas gerade mal nicht so ging, wie wir es erwartet hatten, bekamen wir geduldig eine Lösung präsentiert. Für unsere Kinder gab es so viel tolles Spielzeug, sodass ihnen in den paar Stunden, die wir nicht draußen waren, sich super beschäftigen konnten. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen um alle möglichen Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung zu erreichen, und wir waren sehr oft unterwegs. Das Wetter war für unseren Geschmack zum Schluss etwas zu warm, aber dafür können die Vermieter ja nichts. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder, wenn die Jungs größer sind.

Good location, nice ambient

Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen, wenn man alleine sein möchte. 8km von der nächsten Strasse entfernt. Es ist direkt an einem See. Die Kommunikation mit Johanna ist jeweils grossartig und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Ist mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen.
