Μέσα σ' ένα ευλογημένο τόπο δημιουργήσαμε με πολύ μεράκι ένα ανεξάρτητο σπιτάκι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Οι πρόγονοι της οικογένειας το 1905 κατασκεύασαν αυτό το κτίριο με τη νεοκλασική τάση της εποχής, γιά τη χρήση ενός μικρού εμπορικού καταστήματος. Σήμερα σκεφτήκαμε να το ανακαινίσουμε και να προσφέρουμε άνεση και ηρεμία στον επισκέπτη, μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο αγρόκτημα γεμάτο ορτανσίες, οπωροφόρα δένδρα και με θέα το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου πελάγους. Beachfront Villa Rodi Pelio

Villa Rodi is a seafront property in Kato Gatzea, in a wonderful location, just 50 meters from the sea. Consists of a 150 sq meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and panoramic see view. The third bedroom has two single beds and garden view.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
