Casa hermosa, muy limpia y organizada.

We recently stayed at Villa Azul at the end of December for 4 nights. The location was great and close to town, yet very quite and peaceful. The access to the private beach was wonderful and a luxury for sure! it was a 5 min walk from our room! the views from the villa was amazing. We saw capuchin monkeys from our deck and scarlet macaws from the pool snacking on almonds. Amazing! This is completely on me as I did not see the floor plan closely enough in the listing, but I didn't realize that the two bedrooms don't have an interior connection. This was slightly inconvenient for us travelling with young children, but we made it work! just a heads up in case it helps anyone. Also, the interior could use some minor maintenance but nothing that prevented us from having an enjoyable stay! Pablo, the groundskeeper, and the cleaning lady were nice, and we appreciated the laundry service. Thanks to David and his team for making our stay memorable!

La estadía fue inolvidable! Desde el primer mensaje que intercambias con Xinia te das cuenta de la gran calidad de la experiencia ya que ella se dirige siempre con gran respeto y asertividad. La casa se encuentra muy equipada lo cual satisface cualquier necesidad de los huéspedes, la piscina es muy privada lo que propició agradables recuerdos familiares y momentos de gran unión., Adicionalmente, la propiedad cuenta con gran seguridad lo cual remueve toda preocupación con los vehículos. Definitivamente recomiendo este espacio para generar lindas memorias y recargar baterías.

Before I dive into how wonderful this home is, here’s a tip: rent a 4x4 vehicle for your stay. The house is located up a mountain, and Ubers are extremely expensive—$30–$35 just to get to the base of the mountain, and up to $80 one way to visit the nearby waterfalls. Planning ahead will save you a lot of money and give you more freedom to explore. Now, about the house—it’s absolutely stunning. Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, it truly felt like a luxury retreat. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nothing was overlooked. The bedrooms are cozy and serene, with super soft sheets and very comfortable beds—we all slept soundly every night. The bathrooms are large, featuring double sinks, walk-in closets, and showers designed to feel like you’re bathing outdoors—with views even from the shower! If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, & peaceful home with jaw-dropping views, your search is over!

El lugar es precioso, la casa también. Muy cuidada y espaciosa, con todas las comodidades. El área verde es genial para niños o mascotas, la piscina buenísima. Todo es tal cual las fotografías. Un poco alejado de las playas pero la casa es tan bonita que no queríamos salir mucho de todas formas.

The Casa Grande Vista was great and had the most amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The pool area, chairs, loungers, bar stools were perfect for our group to gather and watch the sunset before heading out for dinner. There are several great restaurants walking distance. The grocery store location was very convenient to Casa Grande Vista. While the location is close to Manuel Antonio main road, this worked very well well for our group. We didn’t need to Uber to eat and shop. The rooms were great for our group. We were 3 couples and 5 kids. Kids shared rooms while adults all had rooms with ensuites which was ideal for us. Kitchen is well stocked. We ate mostly breakfast and lunch, then headed out for dinner most nights. The best part of Casa Grande Vista hands down was the pool and patio area. Just the right size for all 11 of us to spread out and enjoy. The views from the deck are breathtaking. And if you enjoy sunset like I do, this villa will not disappoint!

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have stayed in. Immaculately maintained gated community with very friendly staff. The host was very responsive, helpful and courteous. The condo is located about a 10 minute walk from a lovely local restaurant called Sabor Jacó, convenience store and fruit and vegetable market. 10 minutes further you arrive in downtown Jacó where there is everything you need. Groceries, restaurants, bars, retail stores and the beach. Downtown is a $3.00 CAD Uber ride. Everything worked perfectly in the condo. Great internet, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Bed was very comfortable and bedroom had blackout blinds. The salt water pool is 25 metres long. Great for laps. Just an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend it.
