This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 4 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, gas station , supermarket and coffee shops .Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center . Lots of parking . I am a car guy and love showing people my cars and business. I supply a full continental breakfast. With Molenberg toast bread. Milk and coffee etc .

Our farm-style B&B is the perfect place to relax in tranquility. Only 20 minutes from Christchurch City and two minutes to the local town, this guesthouse is the perfect rural experience without being far from where you need to go. The Ponderosa B&B is self-contained and independent from the main home, with private access and parking. We welcome dogs and can even arrange grazing for horses. The Shed

Escape to the country, and unwind in our newly renovated shed. Set in a peaceful rural area, only 10 minutes from Rangiora. The Shed has a lovely private deck overlooking the paddock and extensive views of the mountains, and breathtaking sunsets. Stargazing on a clear night is a must too. The Shed is bright, comfortable, Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury. Please note there is no Wifi available, but we do have a Chromecast plug in.

Matawai nature park 2 minute walk.

Mariners Cabin is a modern and minimalist retreat situated in picturesque Cass Bay, perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a serene escape. This cabin (12 square meters in size) is suspended in the trees, offers the best proximity to beach views, an outdoor bath, barbecue, and a romantic outdoor dining area. It also features an authentic wood burner, ensuring warmth and coziness during chilly nights, while the comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep.

Te Ara Cottage Tranquil Retreat

Beautiful charming cottage with fantastic view. The cottage has a queen bed, a sitting room, shower, bath and toilet with own deck. Not self-contained but has a gas cooker, bbq set, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. Tea/Plunger coffee are provided. There is a walking track below the cottage and also more walks around here. We are located in Diamond Harbour, 20min walk to jetty that you can catch a ferry to Lyttelton, only 10min ride, beautiful journey.

What ever you feel like doing this peaceful haven will recharge your batteries in no time. If you need an airport pick up or hire car please let me know. 1.2km to the beach, 8km drive to Rangiora, 10km to Kaiapoi and 25km to central city Christchurch.
