Förutom allt annat som redan har skrivits om detta drömboende: Mycket bekväma (dvs mjuka) sängar som gillades av våra skandinaviska ryggar! Välutrustad kök med ett litet utbud av frukosttillbehör för för första frukosten. Fantastisk roliga och utförliga tipps som pdf av värden om vad som finns att göra i närheten (korta vandringar, fina stränder, restauranger med mera). Sex av fem stjärnor!

La maison de Giannis est dans un endroit privilégié, une vue exceptionnelle sur Athènes c’est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse pendant le coucher de soleil. J’ ai loué une voiture pour la semaine donc nous n’avons pas eut la contrainte de grimper la colline à pied et j’ai toujours trouvé une place à 2 pas de la maison. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

Όλα ήταν άψογα!!! Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό, άνετο, καθαρό, βγαλμένο μέσα από παλιά ελληνική ταινία!!! Πρόκειται για μια ανακαινισμένη μονοκατοικία σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, με εύκολο πάρκιγκ, με δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια, κουζίνα, μπάνιο και μια πίσω αυλη για το πρωινό καφεδακι. Ο Θάνος είναι ένας ευγενεστατος, δωτικος κ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης, πάντα έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει άμεσα σε ότι και αν χρειαστηκαμε! Σίγουρα το σπίτι αυτό έγινε η πρώτη μας επιλογή για κάθε επίσκεψή μας στην Αθήνα!!!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον Πόρο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ιδανική , ήσυχη τοποθεσία ,πεντακάθαρο και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή της καταχώρησης. Ο Νικόλας και η μητέρα του ήταν απολύτως επικοινωνιακοί και πρόθυμοι να συνδράμουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε με συμβουλές και κατατοπιστικές πληροφορίες. Με την άφιξή μας είχαν προνοήσει για κρύα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και παγάκια στο ψυγείο ,καθώς και μια ποιοτική σπιτική λεμονάδα για να φρεσκαριστούμε. Επίσης μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία της ευέλικτης αναχώρησης και γενικά ήταν από τους οικοδεσπότες που τιμούνε τη φιλοξενία και σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε οικείο χώρο. Η οργανωμένη παραλία ήταν στα 50 μέτρα απόσταση και δίπλα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος για τις αγορές τελευταίας στιγμής. Στα υπέρ του χώρου το ιδιωτικό ασφαλές πάρκινγκ και η απίστευτη θέα από τις δύο βεράντες. Γενικά θα πρότεινα στους δυνητικά υποψήφιους μελλοντικούς ενοικιαστές να μην χάνουν το χρόνο τους αναζητώντας που θα μείνουν στο νησί......

Elena a été une super hôte, beaucoup de communication. L’appartement est très proche du métro, très pratique avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons voyagé avec 2 enfants de 4 ans et 9 mois. Nous avions un lit parapluie prêt à notre arrivée. Il y a un super marché juste en face de la maison ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine ! Ευχαριστώ Elena !!

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans ce logement tout simple. La proximité de la plage et la piscine nous ont permis de nous rafraichir a tout moment. Prevoir un petit temps de trajet pour rejoindre les différents sites a visiter: Nauplie, Mycenes, Corinthe... Le logement en etant un peu excentré.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Όμορφος χώρος, μικρούτσικος φτιαγμένος με φροντίδα και υπέροχο γούστο. Η κουζίνα είναι υπέρ εξοπλισμένη. Η θεα καταπληκτική. Η Βαλια προνοητική και φιλόξενη, αμέσως μας βρήκε λύση με το αίτημα μας για περισσότερη θέρμανση καθώς πήγαμε χειμώνα και η θέρμανση απο το aircondition στο σαλόνι δεν μας αρκούσε και για τα δυο δωμάτια. Επίσης μας έδωσαν ενα φουλ πολύ καλό πρόγραμμα δραστηριοτήτων στα αξιοθέατα και τις γύρω περιοχές. Πιστεύουμε πως είναι εξαιρετικοί και καλόκαρδοι οικοδεσπότες.Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Εις το επανιδείν!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Maria et Dimitris : la maison était très confortable, propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, avec une belle piscine et une vue absolument magique sur la mer, dans un quartier piéton au calme ! Maria et Dimitris ont été extrêmement accueillants (ils nous ont même préparé un feuilleté au fromage, sachant que nous arrivions tard !) et nous ont donné beaucoup de renseignements utiles pour les visites, les restaurants et les magasins. Bref, nous avons adoré et recommandons chaleureusement cette adresse à toute la communauté AirBnB

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

Πολύ καλή διαμονή, μας αρέσει πολύ ο εξωτερικός χώρος και ο κήπος με λαχανικά. Νιώθαμε ηρεμία και χαλάρωση. Τα παιδιά ξετρελάθηκαν όσο με πισίνα τόσο και με το τραμπολίνο, πινγκ-πονγκ, μπάσκετ και ηλεκτρικό αυτοκινητάκι, το οποίο μας πρόσφεραν οι οικοδεσπότες για το μικρό μας παιδί. Το σπίτι είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο και έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Η Ελένα μας άφησε δωράκια : βιολογικό κρασί, γλυκό του κουταλιού, δάφνη σπιτικό, σαπούνι χειροποίητο. Την ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Θα ξαναεπισκεφτούμε το κατάλυμα το καλοκαίρι για να απολαύσουμε την πισίνα περισσότερο 😉. Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά για τις ευχάριστη διαμονή που είχαμε.

중심가 한복판에 있어 찾기도 쉽고 이동도 매우 편리했어요 근처에 스타벅스 및 다수의 레스토랑과 맛집들이 있어 정말 편리했습니다. 일정 중 쇼핑하고 짐들을 숙소에 두고 오기에도 좋았고 특히 테라스의 hot tub에서 아이도 잘 놀고 야경을 만끽하기에도 더없이 좋았습니다. 또한 호스트들이 정말 큰 도움이 되었어요. 특히 호스트 중 한명인 Nikolia는 하이체어와 아이 침대및 침구까지 마련해주고 매일 불편사항은 없는지 체크해주며 저희의 여행을 완벽하게 해주었어요.공항픽업 예약도 도와준 덕분에 너무나 즐겁고 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 혼자 여행하는분, 커플, 아이가 있는 가족 모두에게 추천할만 합니다.

The home was beautiful, amazing views and close to lots of things to do. The host was very sweet and helpful, would definitely come back.

Je dirai que Agistri au mois de novembre est très très calme… il n’y a aucun restaurants d’ouvert mais une petite supérette pour pouvoir faire des courses et une boulangerie…. Le 1er jour nous étions un peu surpris mais nous avons découvert Agistri et ses petits villages à proximité avec de jolies criques et de jolies balades à faire. Desponia a été très gentille et a apporté les réponses à nos questions…. Un joli séjour mais attention village très calme à cette période… pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité c’est parfait…. Ramener des condiments si vous restez plusieurs jours et cuisinez

We had high expectations for this villa considering the photos. It went beyond. The villa is massive (it's a whole building on 6 levels with an elevator inside) and very spacious. Good location. Quite central, yet very quiet. It was perfect!

Perfecte locatie om Athene te verkennen. Alles op wandelafstand. Voldoende mogelijkheden om te eten in de buurt. Stil in appartement, geen last van burenlawaai. Fijne ontvangst door Maria en onmiddellijk enkele tips gekregen. Een aanrader!

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

This was by far one of the top Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. Nikolaos was extremely kind and welcoming. The house and grounds are gorgeous. Orange & lemon trees in bloom during our stay in April were heavenly. The scents, the views of Palmidi were something to behold. All of the privacy you could ask for yet 5 min to town for everything. We would definitely come back and recommend to all. The kids loved it. Outdoor movie at night was so fun. The bathroom is spa level perfection. Absolutely stunning. And Nikolaos left us a bountiful gift food basket of local delicacies, wine & more. Wow…. All other hosts should take a tip from this host. Simply the best. Thank you SO much for the memories :)

Great location for eating, touristy things and public transport. Quiet apartment with nice back deck. Would stay again.
