Tons of space to lounge downstairs. The second floor and rooftop patio were awesome to enjoy. Beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

We were hesitant to rent a container. We were so pleasantly surprised. Clean quiet and very close to the party we’re attending in the area. Our only disappointment was we could only book one night due to the Sunday already having been booked. We will definitely return.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Rio-Vista Modern Riverfront! The outdoor living space was beautiful and felt like a perfect getaway, yet it was still super convenient and private. On our way in, we even saw a few deer, which added to the charm of the area. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, and when it rained, the atmosphere became even more aesthetic and cozy—it honestly made the whole experience feel like something out of a movie. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything as described and overall very nice stay. House is comfortable and exactly as in pictures. Easy to find. All appliances were in working order and every room was clean. Air conditioning was cranked on when we arrived - cold - something I want and appreciate. The hot tub is very nice and Matthew came by to show us how it worked. It is a small hot tub but a nice touch. Matthew started a nice fire for us as well. Nice place for a family with young kids.

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

We had a wonderful stay at Last Stand. We would highly recommend it and we will be back.

Cute and cozy place. Easy location to find. Responsive host. Fairly clean (like to a pretty high standard) and very tidy. Had heating. Overall really great. I did think it was slightly over priced, however. It is quite small and although it’s cute and nicely decorated, I just think a bit too expensive. The outdoor area could use a bit of spruce up. But I still think it was a good choice overall. Id easily stay again but would hope for a wee bit cheaper next time.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway in Austin, Texas, and our stay couldn’t have been better! Lisa was an amazing host—welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. Her place was spotless, stylish, and in a great location, close to all the fun spots we wanted to check out. From the comfy beds to the little touches that made us feel right at home, everything was perfect. We truly appreciated Lisa’s hospitality and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Austin. Highly recommend!

This is a great location that is relatively secluded but close to downtown Fredericksburg! Totally suited our needs for an overnight girls trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Home was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved the privacy. Location is right down the street from Old Tunnel National Park.

Helt perfekt til en weekendtur. Småt men godt, stedet var som beskrevet og indeholdt alt, hvad man kan finde på store hoteller. Vi var meget overraskede og tilfredse. Den lille patio ovenpå var helt perfekt; her nød vi de stille omgivelser og en kop kaffe hver morgen - helt klart et af turens højdepunkter.

Great place as a way station to Canyon Lake and its amenities. In addition, more than suitable to relax and unwind and get a great night sleep.

We had the absolute best time staying here during the F1 weekend! The place was beautiful, spotless, and even better than we imagined. The host was amazing—so friendly, informative, and super responsive to all our questions. It was the perfect cozy retreat after the excitement of the races, and everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. We would love to stay again for future trips! Thank you for an overall amazing experience!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Door. It is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks west of downtown Johnson City and is far enough from Highway 290 so that there is not excessive road noise. The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen had updated appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of extra blankets and towels. The bathroom is small but adequate; however, we could not get the shower to maintain a consistent water temperature so it would go suddenly from hot to cold. Also, since this may not be obvious from the description, the third (or back) bedroom has to be accessed through the second bedroom which may be an issue for some. We only got to peak in the renovated container, but it was really cute and looked like a great place for hanging out and playing games.

We (a family of three including a five year old) had a great five day stay and Sandra and Nico’s place. Nichola and Sandra were responsive and had great communication. Very private space but close enough to restaurants and bars in Johnson City and hiking and swimming options on the Pedernales. We added on the wood fired sauna and really enjoyed it. The indoor and outdoor spaces were very nice and well maintained. All together a wonderful experience with great hosts.

Great spot to set up base camp to explore S Congress and Austin, surprisingly quiet being so close to S congress. Everything was exactly as described; had all the amenities we needed for the stay.

Jenny’s place was great and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the scenery, fire pit, and hot tub. Jenny was a responsive host and made checkin/checkout seamless. We would stay here again!

We had a blast exploring Dripping Springs, from a goat walking tour (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds!) to wine tastings and discovering unique oil and vinegar flavors. A truly delightful stay—highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming getaway in the Hill Country!
