The unit is situated close to the security entrance so no long walks to get to the uber or to the exit. Unit lacks little and offers a eastern facing large sized balcony and western facing kitche, shower with a bath in the ensuite and a shower with a toilet in the main. Good sized 2nd room and even better sized main room. Furnished with updated furniture and has good speed internet, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator but stairs are huge sized. the flat flushes easy and has zero hints of stale smell, the tiles are shiny like the pics.Extremely, supremely reliable host, specially that she wasnt physically in joburg at the time. tv has all standard apps preloaded. Most bolts and ubers know the area due to Blue hills mall. Very quiet and safe estate and area in general 8/10. Will be returning 100%

5 Stars – A Wonderful Experience! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Patient Victor’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. The space was cozy, beautifully furnished, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. We enjoyed my time at the Blyde and Joseph was a great host he is very quick to respond when communicating with him the place matched the pictures on the Airbnb website. The place was spotless when we arrived and everything was easily accessible. Will definitely be coming back soon.
