We had a comfortable stay and my family loved the house for spacious rooms and other facilities. While the property is 6-7 kms aways from the main ghats, it’s really easy to reach using own car, taxi or auto ricks. The neighborhood was noise free and we had a great and relaxing stay. Sumit is an amazing host, and his apartment is absolutely beautiful. I truly mean beautiful—every corner of the home, especially the terrace, is so thoughtfully and artistically designed. The place is cozy, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful. There’s so much to do within the apartment itself, with plenty of cozy nooks to sit, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea. It’s a perfect retreat. Great property... Better than the pictures listed in property listing. Clean,great aesthetic. From drawing room to washroom,this property does justice in all area.. Only map location marked seems bit incorrect so do follow the instructions mentioned by host. Else it is awesome place.

I recently visited Dehradun with my family and had informed Siddhant that I was traveling with a child. He ensured the rooms were thoroughly clean and maintained high standards of hygiene suitable for a baby. He was consistently prompt and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Even at 11 PM, despite all his properties being fully occupied, he went out of his way to provide an extra bed sheet from his own home when I requested. All the amenities were exactly as described. The property is peaceful, surrounded by stunning mountain views, and features a beautiful terrace – a perfect setting for a relaxing stay.

It’s a very beautiful property with a seating area where you can chill and enjoy the view. The rooms were very cozy and clean. The hosts were super warm and welcoming and helped us with everything throughout our stay. There is no lift but the caretaker helped us with our bags while checking in and out. 10/10 recommended.

It's also conveniently located next to a popular Buddhist temple and viewpoint, making it easy to explore one of the main attractions on foot. Recently i visited Rishikesh with my family and we opted to stay at The Happy Avenue II. The place is right on the spot with many eateries around and within walkable distance. Its close to Lakshman Jhula and despite heavy inflow of tourist and jammed roads, we easily got an autorikshaw for reaching Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan for Ganga Arti. The accommodation was very well setup and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities that you want… one thing to note that the location is within the market and during weekends it becomes very crowded and difficult to locate the entry of apartment…So you need to be extra careful and watching out for the entry Gate… The house help was always responsive and helpful…Overall we had a comfortable stay
